I was going through Forward Deployed Engineer roles on LinkedIn.
Almost every one asks for the same thing: proof you've shipped agents.
Here are 15 agentic AI projects that will make your resume stand out:
• Customer support agent that reads docs, answers tickets and escalates to a human
• Sales research agent that finds leads and writes personalised outreach
• Meeting agent that joins calls, takes notes and updates the CRM
• Invoice agent that reads PDFs and pushes data into accounting software
• Codebase Q&A agent using RAG over a real GitHub repo
• PR review agent that comments on bugs and security issues
• Data analyst agent that turns plain-English questions into SQL and charts
• Browser agent that fills forms and books appointments
• Multi-agent research team: planner, researcher, writer, critic
• MCP server that connects an AI to your company's internal tools
• Onboarding agent that sets up accounts and walks new hires through docs
• Recruiting agent that screens resumes and schedules interviews
• Incident agent that reads logs and suggests fixes
• Eval dashboard that scores your agent on accuracy, cost and latency
• Guardrails layer that blocks prompt injection and risky actions
Pick 2–3.
Deploy them.
Write about what broke.
That's your resume.
Bookmark this and send it to someone applying for AI roles.
Ha, going green in 2 minutes and celebrating like a race win. Abu Dhabi does know how to put on a show.
The headcount scaling point is underrated. German Mittelstand sits right in the zone where inefficiencies compound but AI adoption lags. Process rigidity, not technology, is the blocker. That gap is the real opportunity.
The thing with AI transformation is that one agent can deliver 25M worth of value to a business per year
While another agent delivers just 0.25M
And they’re the exact same effort to make
AI transformation for an org of 5000 isn’t that much more difficult than an org of 500, but the returns are over 10x larger because inefficiencies scale exponentially with headcount
This is why enterprise adopts faster, not slower, than mid-market
Everyone always says “these enterprise customers are last to adopt”, this could not be further from the truth
And yet, we are still so early. SDLC has seen 99% of the benefits of AI, while business functions have seen 1%
This market will 10x every 6 months for the next few years

Vision-based agents were constantly flaky in my experience. Going straight to the accessibility tree is a much more solid foundation. Good choice with Rust too, easy to see why they shipped this 🔥

It never stops. First labor, then capital, now the machines. At this point I honestly think the only innovation Germany reliably produces is new tax categories.

POV: You're vibe coding while she's bouncing on it and you go non-verbal
We’ve raised $1.3M from YC & Afore Capital so you never have to type or speak again.
Typing is slow. Talking into your computer is awkward. Subvocal fixes both
Our glasses give you the speed of speech without you making a sound or touching a keyboard.
It tracks your internal speech muscles with non-contact sensing and decodes silent, almost invisible mouthing into text at more than 200 words/min.
Pre-orders are now live at:

A lot more goes into building a software factory than you might think. There are 7 must-haves we've landed on:
- Configured as code
- Central conversation history
- Benchmarking tools
- Factory chat
- Artifacts
- Computer use
- Agent debugger
In detail:
What I like most is how this model sidesteps the VC treadmill entirely. In Europe, where the venture capital culture is thin anyway, a profitable productized service with AI margins is a far more rational path than chasing a round.

your business reminds me so much of cyberleads back in 2022 to 2024.
it was a super lean productized service that ran ALMOST like a SaaS, just with hundreds of automations and 3 contractors instead of AI agents.
seeing you absolutely kill it makes me so happy and wanna start a productized service again!

So here is what happens when you get 2.5M views:
> Got around 60 enterprise calls, including the biggest digital bank in Latin America, the biggest mobile app testing company in Vietnam, very well-known AI assistant companies, and others
> Discovered way more use cases than I thought, including scraping, sandbox, testing, AI assistant primitives, app automation, and GTM
> 2,000+ new followers
> Got a reply from someone at OpenAI on the signup email. A lot of cool companies signed up with their work emails too
> 10+ VC DMs, including someone from QIA (he said he invested in a16z, casually introduced me to a very well-known VC in the Valley, and invited me to Qatar)
> Friends send you articles and news covers in Chinese, Korean, Indian, Arabic...
> Attended 27 calls in one day and almost crashed out mentally
> The guy who made the video got poached by an AI lab that is very trendy right now
> Shameless plug: I coined the term phone-use, and yes, I own phoneuse.com lol
