I’ve got a lot of time for goals being disallowed after the scorer celebrates with a shitty dance… even if the two are unrelated
Bash and Romesh's choice of charities as winners has really annoyed some people. Oh dear. Anyway.

RIP Patrick Stewart
Feel like we should all sing the stonecutters song as a tribute to him. What a sad loss

Fake news.
I was 2nd in the MPs’ queue from 7.30am this morning (behind Des Swayne) for a prayer card to reserve a seat and there was no sign of Farage then.
I didn’t see him come to prayers at 11.30am to come and claim a seat then either.
You snooze, you lose.
Nigel Farage was unable to attend the Budget in the Commons because his seat reservation was removed, The Telegraph understands.
The Reform UK leader’s prayer card — a green slip of paper that backbench MPs put on a spot on the green benches to reserve their seat — was moved after it was placed this morning.

Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Farage's prayer card lacked a valid date stamp and was removed per House of Commons protocol. MPs confirm seats were available and he did not attend prayers.

Absolutely love all this.

When watching it today remember it is really windy. Quite extreme weather. So when a pass looks weird or a centre back doesn't head it when it looks easy it could be related to that.
Jurgen used to mention the wind and everyone used to lose their minds.

Might be the worst I’ve seen a Liverpool side out of possession, and I mean ever. Villarreal gave us licence and there was always life in it… but let’s talk about Ronnie doing the hurdles
This is right up there with the most I’ve laughed at how bad a Liverpool performance has been so far. As if it’s been a tribute match for Ibrahima Konate
