We're excited to join forces with @SpaceX to advance the frontier of useful AI. Expect significant improvements to Cursor soon.
SpaceX has exercised the option to acquire @cursor_ai in an all-stock transaction with the goal of building the world’s most useful AI models. For the past few months, SpaceXAI has been jointly training a model with Cursor, which will be released in Cursor and Grok Build soon. We look forward to working closely with the Cursor team to advance our frontier AI capabilities

This works with the Claude Chrome extension too btw so you can get it to search the web and scrape stuff from URLs 👀
We're shipping a new feature in Claude Cowork as a research preview that I'm excited about: Dispatch! One persistent conversation with Claude that runs on your computer. Message it from your phone. Come back to finished work. To try it out, download Claude Desktop, then pair your phone.

Replying to @alexfmac @polsia
Most of the reported 3m ARR is people paying to use polsia and doesnt include much of the 20% take. This implies not many of the businesses created with polsia are making money. Would be great to see this split. I went looking for it and found some more metrics its not showing on the website. Also next 10 days will be key to see if churn improves.

Absolutely mind boggling how UK Headquartered ElevenLabs raising $500M at an $11B valuation yesterday is not in the Financial Times today. Genuinely curious as to how that hasn't been covered.

I open-sourced changes, my TUI to track changes to web pages, feeds, and APIs with readable diffs and optional AI summaries. Just give it a Hetzner API key and it'll set the whole thing up for you. Perfect for non-technical users! feedback + PRs welcome github.com/iannuttall/change…

I love Cursor. It's so good it can use RAM that doesn't even exist on my Mac.

100% Maybe I'll eat my hat, but this is how I see it right now
Building your own tools to orchestrate/automate some parts of the agenic workflow seems to be a natural step in the path to become an agentic engineer. Usually it's in month 2-4. And eventually you'll drop all of that again and just talk to it.

i use the terminal a lot now and miss cmd+k in cursor to find out what command i need to run so i built a super simple alias using `droid exec` and now i can run stuff like: $ d kill anything on port 3000 $ d clear all laravel caches uses glm 4.6 but i'd love a faster model!

the start of cross-file editing in @cursor_ai 1 year ago, feels like last century
experimenting with cross-file editing in @cursor_ai, this is the first multi-file editing UX that feels good

Factory CLI now supports subagents (or custom droids) so you can: - summarize commits to release notes - perform a security audit of your codebase - write support docs for new features - debug complicated errors - design a "non-ai looking" ui - anything else you can think of
subagents with specified models 🤌

anyone interested in a *real* native @cursor_ai desktop app? did some testing and it works really well having it backed by cursor CLI thinking: start with local + background agents → later a full editor bonus: faster + cleaner UI (no vs code legacy), deeper os integration (global hotkey to trigger agent)
