Annual update: Officially been doing CrossFit a year and hit a 100kg snatch a few weeks ago a competition. 1 year in IT and coming up to my 1 year anniversary with my gf. 3 years sober and clean in December, I’m so glad that I made that decision to turn my life around 🙏🙏

I seldom use twitter these days but wanted to share a couple of important moments that have happened very recently: Monday 11th December marked 2 years being sober and clean. 14th December Promoted for the 2nd time since starting my first job in IT 6months ago.

I recently also became a mental health england first aider which is very close to my heart especially after dealing with depression for close to a decade. If you are struggling with mental health or don't think life will get any better I can promise if you put the work in

I've just started CrossFit and it's weirdly addictive I can understand why it's got such a cult following... I guess I'm part of the cult now 😈 Also day 3 of CrossFit WOD smashed this morning back again tomorrow for the 6:45am session.

Had an amazing time in London this weekend meeting up with friends from @TheGooseHouse that I’ve spoken to over the last two years but hadn’t had the opportunity to meet. Goose Lan was such a vibe and I loved every minute. Thanks again to everyone who organised it #GooseLan3
