Reese's Pieces have no chocolate in them. The peanuts had their oil pressed out and a cheaper fat put back in. Sugar is first, then partially defatted peanuts, then hydrogenated palm kernel and soybean oil, then corn syrup solids. Everything after that is 2% or less, and it's the dyes, the glaze, some vanillin and a little milk. There's no cocoa anywhere. Partially defatted just means the peanuts went through a press. The peanut oil comes out one side and gets sold as peanut oil. What's left is a dry peanut flour, and that's what the center is made from, because flour holds a shape in a panning drum and doesn't go rancid. Then they put fat back in, and the fat they picked is hydrogenated palm kernel oil, which is solid at room temperature and costs less than peanut oil. You can see the swap on the panel. 38 pieces have 6 g of fat and all 6 are saturated. Peanut oil is mostly unsaturated, so that number isn't the peanut. The shell is sugar with 4 dyes and a coat of shellac.

Come on Brazil!!!
Lula's reelection in Brazil is not just a domestic victory. It is the single biggest geopolitical defeat the US empire has suffered in Latin America in decades. Here is what was actually at stake: The Resources: Brazil holds the world's second-largest rare earth reserves — nearly a quarter of the global supply. The US military-industrial complex is desperate for these minerals to break its dependence on China. The Bolsonaro dynasty was ready to hand them over. A US government-linked company already bought Brazil's only active rare earth mine from Bolsonaro-aligned oligarchs for $2.8 billion. They wanted Petrobras privatized next. Lula said no. These are our minerals. We will build our own economy. Palestine: Lula lost a finger in a factory at 17. He is the working class. The Bolsonaros are the landlords, the oligarchs, and the cheerleaders of settler colonialism. They waved Israeli flags at their rallies. They held Zoom calls with Netanyahu on stage. They posed with a map of Israel colonizing ALL of historic Palestine — Gaza, the West Bank, the Golan Heights. Lula stands with Palestine and calls the genocide what it is. The Multipolar World: Lula co-founded BRICS. He is building parallel financial systems to bypass the weaponized US dollar. He called for a new global reserve currency. He wants Latin America to trade in its own currency, free from Washington's sanctions. The empire cannot tolerate a continent that refuses to pay rent in dollars. So how did Washington respond to a sovereign democratic choice? Trump slapped Brazil with 50% tariffs — even though the US has a trade SURPLUS with Brazil. The tariffs were never economic. They were punishment. Meta censored Lula's accounts and boosted Bolsonaro. The Bolsonaro campaign hired a US AI company to spread disinformation. Eduardo Bolsonaro literally called on Trump to send the US military to attack the Brazilian government. They threw everything at him. Tariffs. Censorship. Disinformation. Coup attempts. And they still lost. The American empire tried to enforce the Monroe Doctrine with algorithms, tariffs, and a puppet dynasty. But the Brazilian working class just voted to keep their minerals, defend Palestine, and build a world where Washington doesn't get to decide who eats. You can tariff the economy. You can censor the candidate. You can beg for a military coup. But you cannot colonize a people who have already decided they belong to themselves.

It's Culture. It's respect.
Damon Wayans says that even at 65 years old, if Keenen tells him to get him a soda, he's going to go get it, because in their family, it’s all about an unspoken code of respect, seniority, and brotherly hierarchy. “Yeah, but like even now, this is how my family is. Like, I'm 65 years old and Keenen goes, "Go get me a soda," and I got to go get it.” “If Marlon walks in a room, and you know, if I walk in a room and there's no seats, Marlon gets up. Sean and Keenen will sit, and Marlon will get up and say, "You sit here." And my son will have to do the same thing.” “That's why I love the fact that they have children. Because I go to my theater sometimes and little Damon's there and Mikey's there, and as soon as I walk in the room, the youngest one gets up and lets me sit down without question, and I love that.” “It's just how we do with each other. It's just a quiet code. Some things you don't have to teach, it's just what you see.”

If Lula wins, it sends a very strong message to the Yankee empire. This empire of evil has toppled every country in South America one by one, but the message that Brazil is independent and proud will resonate with these peoples: “The Brazilians did it, they resisted, we can too!” Sometimes examples are needed, and Brazil is the biggest fish that this empire of evil wants to catch so it can plunder its riches. Resist, Brazil, the free world is with you!

1 down. 2 to go.
It's possible that in the span of one week, Bolsonaro loses in Brazil, Netanyahu loses in Israel, and Republicans lose the house and senate. Here's hoping fascism loses everywhere.

You demand that we celebrate the biggest bank in the world moving into Nigeria. Well, the biggest oil companies in the world are already here, yet 65% of Nigerians are still suffocating in multidimensional poverty. International Oil Companies currently owe Nigeria a staggering $62 billion in unpaid taxes, unremitted royalties, and evaded ecological fines. They have drawn a sharp line in the sand, boldly refusing to pay back a single cent of money that could easily build world-class railway networks across the country. Their high-profile executives are foreigners. They refuse to open local industries to manufacture their equipment, choosing instead to siphon our wealth overseas to import machinery. The technicians servicing their advanced technologies are all expensive private contractors flown in from Texas or Europe. Cartels like Chevron and ExxonMobil are strictly here to drill oil out of our sea beds, take the lion's share, and ship the capital out of the country. Even if they operate here for another 50 years, they will never build local manufacturing plants or set up specialized institutes to train indigenous technicians. JPMorgan is coming to do the exact same thing. Their presence here is strictly to serve as a sophisticated conduit for the ruthless extraction of wealth. Nothing more, nothing less.

I was there. And nowhere near 70 now.
My grandmother was a teenager When Rap officially came to be. Did you get that????? She was between 16-18. She’s in her 70s now. It seems long ago but it really wasn’t and that perspective blows my mind. Like imagine being in your adolescence during the conception of HipHop
