1 PM May 30, 2025, Nguyễn Sỹ Cương was driving a BMW X3 with license plate 30H-369.09 when it suddenly veered into the oncoming lane on Nguyễn Huy Tự Street in Hai Bà Trưng Dist, Hanoi, colliding with a man carrying his 18yo daughter, who were riding in the correct direction.
