I think I am used to withholding care for myself or my feelings until I feel like they're 'justified' or 'worthy'. Kept them all bottled up for too long. Learning to let the mess out and ask for help instead.

when you fully let down your guard, fully surrender, fully lower your armor, and just let the universe in, it allows radical change at the base level. it's just too bad that sometimes it takes an immense force for that to finally happen.

i think everyone should be journaling more. just write down all your feelings. good, bad, future, past. get everything out and on the paper.
