I am pleased to announce that I have been awarded the prestigious Diana Award @DianaAward. The Diana Award is the highest recognition a young person can receive for social action or humanitarian efforts. I was recognized for my revolutionary contributions to the all-round development of students in Ahmadu Bello University @ABUZaria_DUA and my active representation at the national and international level since my first year in the university. The journey so far has been fruitful as my feats and efforts have inspired so many young people and students within Nigeria and beyond. Alongside being recognized with 190+ young visionaries and leaders around the world, I’m glad to announce that I am the first recipient in the history of Ahmadu Bello University, the first indigene from my state to receive this award and one of the select few from this part of the world. Going forward, I’m very passionate about leveraging opportunities to build systems for youth development, social capital and equitable healthcare access. As a result, I’m very open to partnerships with relevant stakeholders and organisations working in these areas. I am grateful to Almighty Allah, my family, my friends, my mentors, CEO of The Diana Awards @tessyojo, @the_nhef, @MCNpartners and everyone who has played a key role in my journey so far. This remains proof that we can do great things from a very small place and young people have the power to change the world. Alhamdulillah. #2026DianaAwards
