• Those same funds own the listed MF AMC peers, so they are pricing EAAA with a direct view of the comparison set.
• Client franchise supports demand durability: 77% of AUM commitments come from repeat clients (1,493 repeat clients), 31 clients commit more than ₹500 cr, and the top 10 clients are 26% of FPAUM.

𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗞 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘
There is lot of buzz in IPO Market regarding Jio Platforms IPO and many invetors intend to apply in it. Apart from regular IPO Investors, few new investors may also come forward to apply due to history of its parent company.
I request IPO Investors to check the following basic things before applying in this IPO:
· Demat and trading account must be in ‘Active Mode’. It should not opened on the last day. Verify that it is working fine before the issue opens.
· PAN must be linked with demat.
· Only one application per PAN is allowed. Multiple applications on the same PAN are typically rejected. However, Shareholders may apply dual application as well
· UPI ID should be linked to a bank account in your own name. PAN in Bank and PAN in demat should be same. A family member's UPI ID will not work.
· Price band, lot size and dates: checked from official sources. Use the exchange or your broker's own page, not a forward.
· Amount: decided within your own budget and decide it before you open the app.
· UPI mandate: approved before the closing-day cut-off. Until you approve it, the application is not complete. Once approved, the amount is only blocked, not debited, until allotment.
Note the allotment date, and check status only on the registrar's website, the exchange, or your broker app. No panic-refreshing.
I am once again writing the key dates of Jio Platform IPO:
Issue Opens: 21 Oct 2026
Issue Closes: 23 Oct 2026
Allotment: 26 Oct 2026
Refunds and Share Credit: 27 Oct 2026
Tentative Listing: 28 Oct 2026 on BSE and NSE
If there is any query, you may ask in the comments.
Anchor Investors list of Jio Platforms, India’s biggest IPO is out. Total 212 Institutional Investors got allotment as Anchors.
Almost evey big name is there in Anchor List and it is getting very good response till now.
We often measure a business by its customers. Public markets add another lens: investor interest. Jio’s reported anchor-book demand crossing ₹ 2.5 lakh crore makes that shift hard to miss.

4. Zetwerk Manufacturing

GMP of Tonbo Imaging is already 75% of the IPO Price and its a hot cake right now.
I will post Allotment Matrix tomorrow.
What's your preference??
Jio Platforms has already started IPO roadshows and investors are showing good interest.
At the same time, there are many queries in the mind of investors (especially Shareholders) that how to apply dual application in Jio Platforms IPO:
Option 1 - Shareholder + Retail Application
Option 2 - Shareholder + SHNI Application
Option 3 - Shareholder + BHNI Application
Do Not Apply HNI + Retail because this is not an option and if you do so, both of your applications will be rejected by IPO Registrar.
If any IPO investor falls under Employee Category, then he/she can apply 3 applications as well in this IPO.
Note: In Shareholders Category apply for 168 shares application. This is the best possible chance to get allotment under Shareholders Quota.
Queries are welcome in the comments section.
Gradually dates of Jio Platform IPO, which is India’s biggest IPO as well, are coming closer day by day.
Almost all IPO Market brokers, Reliance shareholders, Employees, IPO Investors are looking towards this IPO with a hope that this time they will get an allotment and profit as well.
Let me tell you that this IPO is much larger than LIC and Paytm. On the listing day itself, Jio would sit among India's 4 most valuable listed companies, alongside names like HDFC Bank. Few global investors such as Meta, Google and Saudi Arabia's PIF already put money into Jio back in 2020.
Its closest peer Bharti Airtel’s Market Cap is approx ₹ 12 Lakh Crore. If Jio Platform lists at ₹ 220 premium (which is its GMP as well) then Jio’s Market Cap will be approx ₹ 12.3 Lakh Crore, equivalent to its peer.
Further, Jio is now available in over 19,000 pin codes and 40% of new connections come from outside Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
Still, there's plenty of room left as 263 million Indians still use 2G phones and only about 1 in 5 Indian homes has fixed broadband, against more than 7 in 10 globally. Jio already has 43% of that market and won 2 out of every 3 new home connections last year. Businesses are next, with banking and hospitality among the key sectors benefiting from Jio's connectivity and security features.
More to be discussed. I am preparing a lot of material and will share it with you very soon.
𝗝𝗶𝗼 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗜𝗣𝗢 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:
There shouldn't be any confusion amongst investors who are applying under Employee / Shareholders Category.
For Employees: A discount of ₹54 per share and an employee reservation portion of up to ₹500 crore.
For Shareholders: No discount and a reservation portion of up to ₹2500 crore.
If Employee is Shareholder as well then he/she can apply 3 applications with same PAN Card.
Whereas eligible Shareholders can apply 2 applications with same PAN Card.
The eligibility conditions still need a careful read.
I will make a detailed post soon.
MAIN BOARD IPO ALERT
Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses

It runs a scalable network of 6,979 suppliers across 26 countries plus 26 own facilities. Cumulative goods delivered since inception total ₹74,374 crore. The market for manufacturing platforms in India is expected to grow to ₹17.7–20 lakh crore by FY31 (Redseer).
Order book stood at ₹13,062 crore as of 30 June 2026, up 53% year-on-year and roughly double FY24’s ₹6,170 crore. Order book plus FY26 new orders (₹15,393 crore) cover about 2.5x FY26 manufacturing revenue.

Median net revenue retention is 128.85%. Repeat customers made up 89% of manufacturing revenue in Q1 FY27. Recurring components are now 71.2% of manufacturing GMV, and multi-year take-or-pay contracts include about $91 million a year from NextPower.
Share of manufacturing GMV from contracts where Zetwerk also designs the product rose from 8.1% to 13.9% (FY24 to FY26). Revenue from its own higher-margin facilities rose from 7% to 53% of manufacturing revenue.

Key participants include BlackRock, Capital Group, Goldman Sachs, Nomura, Norway’s Government Pension Fund Global, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), along with domestic mutual funds such as SBI, ICICI Prudential, HDFC and Mirae Asset, plus life insurers.
