Jason being a rapist in part 3 is the same as Freddy being a pedo in the original a nightmare on elm street. Both ideas were scrapped, but they left behind heavy subtext.
Oh yeah. the original idea was to make Jason a rapist in that scene, but they scrapped it + and iirc the actress wasn’t comfortable doing a scene like that.
It just gets really insufferable when people act like theres 100% clear evidence of Jason being a rapist
