12 months of business lessons in quick sentences: Listen to data, not noise. Offer value before asking. Under Promise. Overdeliver. Take big swings. Start small. Learn quickly. Trust carefully. Promote yourself, never tear others down. Doubt the doubters. Trust yourself. And Keep going. Always.

When I first started running Facebook ads, I thought scaling meant spending more. One of my campaigns was doing okay, with a 2.5X ROAS, so I doubled the budget overnight. The result? Performance tanked. CPA skyrocketed. I realized I didn’t need to spend more—I needed to spend smarter. I consolidated multiple campaigns into one CBO campaign and let Facebook allocate the budget. Within two weeks, ROAS climbed to 4.2, and CPA dropped by 30%. Scaling isn’t about throwing money at ads. It’s about focus, strategy, and trusting the algorithm to do its job.

🚨 We are looking for someone who can create raw/unedited UGC content for our brand in the parenting niche. **We preferably want you to have an Instagram profile in this niche. We will run whatever content you send us through paid ads. It’s different from an affiliate commission deal because we are driving paid traffic to these ads. We will give you a 10% cut of gross profit generated from your ads. The more ads you make, the better your ads, the more they will generate. For example, 1 of our creator’s ads was the best performer in our ad account for the whole year which took up 60% of our revenue for the entire year. We did $2.8 million in gross profit for that year. Only reply “ME” if interested, and attach your portfolio with clear examples and our team will hook you up with products / scripts

Most brands stay stuck under $100K/month. Not because of ads. Not because of the market. But because they don’t understand how to build a scalable revenue machine. Here’s how to do it right (after making $6 mil with Ecom): First, your offer isn’t strong enough. A $50 product isn’t just competing with others in your niche. It’s competing with every other thing someone could buy for $50. To win, your offer has to feel like a steal. Positioning is everything. A skincare brand switched from: "Best moisturizer for dry skin. " → "Clinically proven to repair your skin barrier in 7 days." Sales doubled in 6 weeks—without lowering the price. Second, you’re focusing too much on front-end sales. A $40 CPA on a $50 product means you’re barely profitable. Instead of chasing cheaper CPAs, fix your AOV and LTV. A jewelry brand added: 1) Bundles ("Get the full set for 20% off") 2) One-click upsells at checkout 3) AOV jumped from $48 to $92. Same traffic. 2x more revenue. The third mistake: Not testing new creative fast enough. An ecom brand was testing 3 new ads per month. We ramped that up to 9 per week. CPA dropped 38% in 4 weeks. Scaling isn’t magic. It’s about optimizing these three things: 1) An irresistible offer 2) A high AOV, repeatable revenue model 3)A structured creative testing system If you’re stuck at $50K–$100K/month, you don’t need better ads. You need a better business model. Fix these, and scaling becomes inevitable.

I use AI to create ads that generate $100K/day. But even the best ads eventually fatigue. The fix? A simple 3-step pivot: 1) Reposition the problem 2)Use direct comparisons 3) Lean into seasonality Ad fatigue isn’t a problem—it’s a signal. Adapt or die.

My No.1 lesson from hitting $1.5M with Ecom in 30 days: Scaling revenue isn’t about spending more on ads. It’s about structuring campaigns the right way: Broad targeting only. A food brand was running 5 different interest-based ad sets. After switching to one broad audience + dynamic creatives. CPA dropped 39% in 4 weeks. CPA stayed stable, and ROAS improved. So always test multiple angles. Your job is to: Give it broad targeting Feed it high-impact creatives Scale strategically, not recklessly This is how I’ve scaled multiple brands past $1M+/month. Ads aren’t magic. They just amplify what’s already working.

An ecom brand was stuck at $50K/month. Email made up less than 5% of revenue. Here’s how we turned it into a $150K/month retention machine: They relied on ads and sent the occasional discount email. But email isn’t just for promotions—it’s a high-ROI sales channel. We built a 3-step email system that drove repeat sales fast. Step 1: Post-purchase upsell (sent 3 hours after checkout). “Your order is almost ready—upgrade before it ships.” AOV jumped from $58 to $92 overnight. Step 2: Win-back email (sent at 30 days). Most brands let customers disappear after one order. We sent: “Running low? Get 15% off for the next 48 hours.” Repeat purchases increased 41% in 60 days. Step 3: Content-driven emails instead of endless promos. We focused on education, customer stories, and subtle CTAs. Unsubscribes dropped. Open rates increased. Email revenue tripled in 90 days. Most brands chase new customers. The real money is in keeping the ones you already have.

I use AI to create ads that generate $100K/day. But even the best AI-driven ads eventually fatigue. The key is knowing how to pivot creatives before they die. Here’s how I keep my campaigns at $100K+/day without burnout: 1/9 If your ad performance is dropping, you’re not alone. Most brands wait too long to refresh creatives—then panic when sales tank. But fixing ad fatigue isn’t about luck. It’s about knowing exactly when and how to pivot. 2/9 Strategy 1: Reposition the problem. Most products solve multiple problems—yet brands only market one. Example: A neck pillow brand pivoted from "neck pain relief" to "better sleep." Same product. New angle. Sales exploded. 3/9 Look at your reviews. Customers tell you why they really buy. What benefits do they mention most? Are they using your product in unexpected ways? The best angles are already in your customers' words. Test them. 4/9 Strategy 2: Use direct comparisons. Your best customers are already using something else. So instead of convincing them from scratch—compare and win. Here’s how one brand did it. 5/9 A cold brew brand wasn’t standing out. Then they directly targeted coffee drinkers with a new message: Cold brew vs. drip: No mess, no wait, no bitterness. Same product. Different positioning. Click-through rates shot up. 6/9 Strategy 3: Lean into seasonality. Your product’s best ad changes throughout the year. Example: A protein brand shifted from summer “shredding” to winter “bulking.” Same formula. Different timing. And it worked. 7/9 People’s priorities shift every season. January: Resolutions and weight loss. Summer: Fitness and aesthetics. Fall/Winter: Comfort and indulgence. Brands that adapt their messaging stay relevant. Those that don’t fade out. 8/9 Ad fatigue isn’t a death sentence. It’s a signal. If your campaigns are slowing down, you don’t need a new product. You just need a new story. Here’s how to keep your ads fresh every time. 9/9 Find new problems your product solves. Compare it directly to what people already use. Align messaging with seasonal shifts. These 3 pivots have helped me keep ad performance at $100K+/day.

Most brands fail to scale past $100K/month. Their offer isn’t strong enough. 1) A $50 product competes with everything else that costs $50. 2) Discounts don’t make an offer better—value does. 3) Positioning beats price every time. Make your offer a no-brainer, or stay stuck forever.
