If you ever try to escape those emotions, they will ruin you. It could project as anger, isolation and a lot of unhealthy habits and even unexpected illnesses. If you are grieving, speak about it. You will find others who are going through the same and they will hold your hand through. Sometimes, it is just about a call and sobbing or just a meet up and hugging each other as you cry it out. We shouldn't deny that we are human.
