I think we can all agree how stupid Daylight Saving Time is!
So, instead of falling back an hour this weekend, I say we spring forward four hours.
That way LSU v. Bama will kickoff when it’s supposed to, and the Tide can experience a true Saturday Night in Death Valley!

Elite programs are, almost, universally protected. The 24 team is for propping up mediocre teams/programs.

And those teams now have their playoff hopes in the wild and/or the uncontrollable ether….
Next year, all 4 (5) are extremely fine & virtually locked in the playoff.
Alabama went 1-1 vs Georgia this year.
Georgia went 2-0 vs Alabama this year.
Final SEC title game still to be decided.

BUT … I’ve seen enough to say — if there was a different name on the back of the jersey of Texas’s QB… QB2 would have long ago been given a shot.
So over 20% of the Big Ten still wouldn’t have gotten in.
Kinda impossible to argue they’re the “deepest” or “best top to bottom” conference.
