Before COVID I’d say uni is important for discipline and socializing but I feel it’s changed rapidly
If I was 18 today I’d skip uni altogether, go nomad and travel the world while building startups
Meet random people, get out of your comfort zone, date ppl from diff cultures
Get educational content from YouTube: more up to date than college books and 100% free
Learn discipline from building startups instead of uni exams

The market rhymes, and I believe there is a way to predict what comes next with high accuracy.

This current generation is soft. Those who have the ambition are going to dominate the next 20 years.
The whole prop industry right now is just firms copying features from other firms and trying to one up another through slightly better drawdown or profit numbers.
Not a whole lot of innovation actually happening.

Prop firm regulation is a good thing IMO. Too many shady businesses out there. We need oversight to ensure less scams and better trading conditions.
