Congratulations on making it to Season 3, @drchriswinter. #SleepUnplugged is the BEST sleep podcast out there. I recommend it several times per day to my patients. There's an episode for virtually everything a sleep patient or sleep aficionado would want to know.

Love this, Dr. Wu. Therapist here, & your book, "Hello Sleep," helped me change my relationship with sleep. I no longer freak out about occasional insomnia & just get up & read until I'm "sleepy," not just tired. Works beautifully!
Is it hormones? Mental load? What makes women 1.5x as likely to have insomnia as men? I chat with my favorite news anchor and fellow sleep expert Diane Macedo for #SleepAwarenessWeek - ABC News - abcnews.go.com/Health/video/… via @ABC
