"Need your decision — your plan is better than mine on the one point that matters; I'd adopt it with three adjustments. Say go and I write the spec." Yes, I know.

How to get @superset_sh desktop to look like mobile. I was originally using manual order with groups, but I think I like this better.

@aquavoice A large variety of throws will keep me gamified. Maybe a preview or hint of what the concealed traits are.

@aquavoice Does the throw animation slow things down?

You'd think Gmail would be better at spotting spam. A business would never spell their company name like "G O O G L E" in the subject.

Dropping these around the house in hopes that the kids pick one up and start reading. Thanks gstack!

🔦 @lumeriaskin (YC S26) is building a handheld camera with a UV light that clips onto your phone so you can scan you skin, detect breakouts days before they show up in the mirror, and monitor wrinkles changing over time. Think about it like an Oura Ring for your skin. Most people stack product after product on their faces and never really understand what is working and what isn't. Lumeria scans your skin with the same kind of light used in clinics. The app tracks how your skin changes over time and gives you personalized product and habit recommendations. They sold out their first batch and did $200k in the first month, with early press from Forbes, Fitt Insider, Her Hustle, and Wellworthy. @malhalla06 and @TheAntheaGuo are both Berkeley engineers. Anthea worked on Computer Vision at Google, grew up in Shenzhen and is actively negotiating the product, fast-tracking the development process. Maryanne has already exited her first spectroscopy biotech startup at the age of 17 and has 25 million views as an influencer herself! @pioneer_fund is very excited to back these two!

There will be a day where every single purchase is itemized and saved for context.

gstack TLDR: If you read nothing else: understand the problem before proposing solutions. Demand evidence of demand: behavior and money, not interest. Name the specifichuman. Find the narrowest wedge someone will pay for this week. Challenge thepremises, then force at least two alternatives. Once you know what to build, build thecomplete version, because AI has made completeness cheap. Search before you buildso you don’t reinvent anything. Map every way it can fail. Never claim something workswithout fresh evidence. The human always decides.

I've grown up doing all the maintenance on my cars outside of timing belt and clutch replacements. Today, I spent the larger part of the day changing the front rotors on an older SUV. - Installed new rotors, changed O2 sensor that was firing a CEL and causing traction control to be disabled. - Test drive, extreme wobble when applying the brakes at 10+ mph. Shit. Good news, CEL remains off traction control enabled again. - Uninstall and reinstalled driver side rotor to make sure it was flush w/ the hub and wheel. Test drive, fail. - Did the same for the passenger side rotor. Test drive, fail. Shit, was it because traction control was off for so long and now it's turned back on? ABS? Improper install of the rotors, pads, caliper? - I could feel like the vibration was coming from the driver's side so I uninstalled the driver side rotor, measured rotor thickness. Off by 0.5mm in a certain spot, hm. Reinstalled old rotor, wobble gone! Amazon overnighting new rotors. Will QA rotor thickness moving forward, but this has never happened before. At least I got to debug something today. AI has been taking the fun out of fixing bugs.

Thinking about this more over the last 24 hours I used my old flow to start planning a company around this. Great reason to finally try out gstack: github.com/garrytan/gstack Thanks @garrytan, this is great. New mock up below, overloaded with features, but intentional to capture everything in one view. An actual app would be cleaner. gstack references added.

Here's what I think I want. Maybe I'll build it. - Multiplayer - Easy handoff from spec to design to code - Easy model comparison. Alternative models are almost my other player. - And of course multi-device syncing so I can continue where I left off on any device
School me. How are you doing product development today? Here's my setup. - Claude is connected to Notion and Github. Notion houses all of our information like bugs, transcripts, projects, tasks, memos, and our entire backlog of ideas. Github has our code. - I like to pace in circles or go for a walk when I'm building out a product spec. I use @aquavoice for dictation and I go back and forth with Claude to build a spec. Voice to text has been a true game changer for me. I give Claude as much context as I can just by talking... what I want to include in the product, what can wait, what decisions I postpone, merging my ideas and what persists in Notion. - Once I've walked a few thousand steps around my kitchen island I use Claude Design to build me complete mock ups. Claude has the app styles, themes, my own screenshots for more context, and it has access to the entire codebase. - Once I'm happy with the mock ups, I package them with the spec and hand everything off to Claude Code to start building. @superset_sh is fired up and I can send a big project off and multi-task in parallel. - Test locally, iterate, push PR, review, and launch 🚀. What am I missing?
