I’ve received word on how the Prairie Football Conference determined final seeding with an unbalanced schedule for Saskatoon, Calgary and Edmonton. New tie breaking formula is percentage = total points for ÷ total points for + total points against. @CKOMNews @CJMENews

My family and I decided this summer that this will be my final year in the NHL. I love this game so much, but I know in my heart it’s the right decision. It was important for me to make this announcement before our first home game, so I have the chance to thank all the people around the game, everyone who has been so important to me and my family and helped me through good times and tough losses. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve everything I have in my life without them. I am excited about this season with my teammates, and we will do everything we can to make this year special. I am going to enjoy every moment with my family, my boys, our fans and everyone who has been part of my hockey career. See you Wednesday, babes!

BC owns tiebreaker on Elks and Riders I think Riders only need one win to make playoffs but could need two to stay West in playoffs. I also fully anticipate they’ll be taking on backups in their final two games.

Seeing a few of these posts, so I am going to post the opposite. I am GLADLY renewing my season tickets next year. The @CFL and the @BCLions have been in my life for 50 years and have given me so many great memories, highs and lows. I've seen them win the Grey Cup live, at home, and on the road. I've made countless friends across the country, that have become life long "family" members. I've stayed in their homes, they've stayed in mine. 10 yards chopped off the field, moving goal posts, aren't going to affect my passion for the #CFL or the #BCLions. It's not going to mean that the talented players in this league will give us anything less than they do year after year. The league is still uniquely Canadian. It's my game, my league, my team. I look forward to supporting it for the rest of my life.
