PLAYERS: When coach doesn't play you, they aren't disrespecting you or hating on you. They may just be respecting your teammates and loving the team. Good coaches play the players who make up the best team and who are the most trusted team members. Be that kind of teammate.
PLAYERS: No need to tell anyone what you are or aren't going to do. Workouts, training sessions, practices, and your every day actions tell your coaches and teammates how committed you are.
