The v0.3 testnet is a massive milestone for Logos, the private-by-default decentralised tech stack, you can now: - Run Monero & Ethereum nodes and wallets in Logos! - Access content on the decentralised storage network anonymously - Enjoy anonymous spam resistance via RLN in messaging. - Bootstrap into private proof of stake through proof of work. - Bridged funds in a Zone and still participate in staking. - Oh and zones like LEZ are now fully decentralised. A tonne of hard work has been put into this release, a huge congratulations to everyone coming together to pull this off!
Logos Testnet v0.3 is now live. Highlights include proof-of-work onboarding, decentralised sequencing for the LEZ, downloads over Mix, Logos SQL, and Monero and Ethereum wallets in Basecamp. Read more on what’s new in Testnet v0.3: blog.logos.co/article/logos-…

Hey folks! I want human and AI engineers to find out about BLAKE3-Servil, both because it can help protect users and because the engineering techniques used to produce it could be useful. Will you please submit to github.com/johnservil/BLAKE3… like lobsters and hackernews? Thank you!

TLDR: @Logos_network powers the bridge between our Hermes agent (a member of @everstrat_xyz) and my local Claude via hivesync so they can exchange data and solve issues together in a P2P chat without intermediaries. Our Hermes agent manages the protocol’s knowledge base and acts as the DAO manager (English → bytecode → Safe proposals → on-chain execution). It also manages our marketing efforts, so it has a lot of useful data. When I need my local Claude to have access to this data, I use hivesync so that the two agents discover each other and collaborate over Logos Messaging - P2P, E2E, no central server involved. One can also set up swarms of local LLMs and coordinate them without leaving a trace. In the future, agents from different DAOs will coordinate and collaborate with each other the same way over protocols futures. github.com/daoism-systems/hi… Cross-DAO agent coordination is how we make DAOs autonomous again

3 years after 9/11 and the US govt's enacted surveillance act (The PATRIOT Act), Nick Merrill - an ISP provider, got a letter from the FBI accompanied by a gag order. He spent years challenging in court. 25 years later, he tells the whole story: youtu.be/yxdZWtd3epE

New benchmarks show Logos Service Discovery consistently finds a rare service, one offered by only 1 in 200 nodes, in under 1.5 seconds. Built on Kademlia, it gives each service its own routing table, so a node can find peers running a specific protocol, like mix or store, without a slow random walk. Service discovery has also been validated end-to-end as a Logos Delivery plugin, running on the test fleet with deployed module artefacts. Delivery is the P2P transport layer for the Logos stack. With service discovery plugged in, nodes running Delivery can find peers offering a given service without a central registry.

Things are starting to move! 🔥 We’ve got a Monero node up and running on λ @Logos_network Basecamp, and now we’ve got a beta version of a miner too! This is just the beginning. Let’s keep building!!
Node log says est. 19.4 hrs left, so by tomorrow I should be able to run a Monero node in Logos Basecamp. Pruned it for demo purposes while syncing from scratch (min. 60 GB of free storage required). Works on Logos Basecamp v0.3.0+ (stable). github.com/logos-co/logos-ba…

LNS v4.1 on LEZ testnet: private .lez names, front-run proof, no server sees lookups. Name → key: jef.lez names an Ed25519 key. Its signed AccountLog (DHT, Storage) endorses jef.lez. Valid only if both match. forum.logos.co/t/lns-lez-nam… @alexanderchopan @jarradhope_ @vrycmfy

Yesterday: CLI plumbing. Today: browser → Keycard Shell → browser. @ThurinLabs now has the OpenPGP hardware-signing flow working directly in the browser with @Keycard_. Load the public key → scan the request → review + sign on Shell → scan the response → verified. Then one more hardware approval for the Ethereum authorization. No private keys leave the card. No CLI required. This is starting to feel like the right boundary between apps, wallets, and trusted hardware signing. 🔐
LFG. Full @Keycard_ → OpenPGP → @ThurinLabs → Ethereum demo. OpenPGP signs the identity statement. Ethereum signs the EIP-712 authorization. Everything moves over QR, both proofs verify on the host, and neither private key leaves the card. Hardware-backed identity is real.

What does a property right mean if exercising it makes you visible to everyone watching? On stage at #DarkPrague, @Logos_network co-founder @jarradhope_ has unpacked the uncomfortable intersection of institutions, surveillance and coercion. The goal isn’t simply privacy. It’s building institutions where verification doesn’t require exposure, participation doesn’t require permission, and producing order doesn’t require becoming an easy target. That’s a very different internet to build. λ 🏴

Catch @jarradhope_ at @InstituteCrypto's Dark Prague today. In “Vaults of Glass”, he explores blockchain as an incomplete institutional breakthrough. Uniquely strong on settlement. Weak at protecting the 6 other links in a transaction’s lifecycle. PriFi aims to secure it all.
