I made the Japanese curry again and it was a lot better!
Even the Indian kids next door liked it! My curry game is getting stronger.
Tried cooking Japanese curry with just the S&B curry powder for the first time.
I've made Japanese or Korean curry from the curry blocks many times for many years, but it is considered hyper processed food whereas the S&B curry powder is just a mixture of spices.
My first run was pretty good. Not as delicious as the curry blocks because i couldn't perfect the thickness and the taste yet which the blocks do perfectly. But the result was promising. Considering the one I made with the powder doesn't have MSG, I'm gonna say this was alright.
Tomorrow lunch, I have to please my fierce food critics, my two toddlers 🐥🐥. I hope they like it.

I used to journal on and off. It helped me organize my thoughts and reflect. But after LLM I noticed I barely write anymore.
AI seems to be a demotivator for me in doing some activities. Writing is done for me. Coding is done. I'm talking to AI more and talking to others less.

Lazy work used to mean too little output.
Now, with AI, it often means too much and more work for everyone else.
@tobi call it "slop grenades."
A "Slop Grenade" is when you let AI produce the work and pass it on without adding any value (including checking it).
Someone else has to wade through it, catch the mistakes, and clean up the mess.
You save time and look productive but someone else pays for it.

I've said this before and I'll say it again.
We need big tech, frontier AI labs and massive retail chains like Costco, Walmart, Target to absolutely obliterate US medical industrial complex.
This is going to be extremely difficult.
But resolutions to problems like this will be the true test if AI can really bring about positive changes to the world.
