For those who don't know anything about the history of Israel/Palestine, today is basically 100 years in a nutshell.
A Jew wants to do something that they probably shouldn't (but maybe secretly wants to), then an Arab repeatedly fucks up over and over again and gives them a plausible excuse.
see: 1929 hebron, 1947 civil war after 181 rejection, 1956 and 1967 strait of tiran closure, 2000 camp david/taba summit/clinton parameter rejection, olmert/abbas 2008, etc...etc....etc.......etc..................
history is literally a flat circle

Haley Stevens was going to do a Democratic unity rally with Abdul El-Sayed and James Clyburn where she was going to encourage her supporters, many of whom have serious reservations about El-Sayed, to vote for him.
This was very important for El-Sayed, because Stevens is popular among Jewish and black Michigan Democrats and Clyburn is an icon among black voters nationwide. El-Sayed has weakness with both of these groups and needs to shore them up going into election day.
Stevens's condition was that he make an unambiguous, unqualified condemnation of the antisemitic rhetoric his friends, supporters and surrogates have been using, including in ads run in Michigan.
El-Sayed refused to do this, and instead asked Stevens not to appear at the event. At that point, Stevens realized that he was not interested in unity with her or her supporters and that she could no longer support him for Senate.
El-Sayed is an antisemite. He is friends with antisemites Hasan Piker and Cenk Uygur. He will not condemn them. He will not condemn the awful things they say.
He has had multiple opportunities to condemn their hateful rhetoric, and he always says: "He is not part of a campaign, nobody speaks for me but me, and I'm not here to talk about that."
That's not good enough. If that is how a Republican talked about Nick Fuentes or Richard Spencer, it would be the biggest controversy in the race. The fact that so many Democrats are willing to tolerate this from Abdul El-Sayed is an indictment of the entire party.
There is no coalition that can include both the Jewish Democratic members of Temple Israel and supporters of the Hezbollah terrorist who tried to murder their preschool children. Abdul El-Sayed made a decision about who he wanted in his tent.
Haley Stevens was late to realize it, but it is admirable that she finally decided to be an upstander instead of a bystander. No Nazis in the US Senate.

north korea won't stop at hacks.
it's becoming crypto's biggest market maker.
they don't even need to hack anymore to move the market:
- move stolen coins between wallets → whale alerts → panic
- dump 1% of a coin → it bleeds. buy 1% → it flies
- open huge perp positions first, then trigger the move themselves
- one rumor that they're "targeting" an exchange → bank run
- fake leaks, fake "insolvent" news, thousands of ai accounts spreading it in minutes
- people already inside crypto firms, hired with deepfake interviews → they know the news before it's news
- and after taking $6.3b in one hack, almost double everything they ever stole, every threat they make is believable
my estimate: ~$4-5b in crypto under their control right now.
their name alone is enough to move prices now.
and the worst part: trading profits don't need laundering.
fresh wallets, clean money, nobody knows it's them.
more money than hacking, with zero trace.
they control the fear and the attention more than any other entity in crypto.
and whoever controls that controls everything.
the biggest whale in crypto might not be a fund or an etf.
it might be a country with no rules, no regulators, no limits, and nothing to lose.
a country that will do anything, as dirty as it takes, to win.
and that's scary.

Never take out crypto-backed loans. Not even against Bitcoin. Here's my story from the October 10, 2025 crash.
Two months before the crash, I borrowed against 5 bitcoin:native (~$600K at the time) through Coinbase's Morpho lending service.
BTC was trading around $120K. My liquidation price was ~$100K. I figured I'd have plenty of time to add collateral or repay the loan if BTC started falling.
I couldn't have been more wrong.
On October 10, BTC plunged from $120K to $115K, $110K, then $102K within an hour.
I had enough USDC sitting on Coinbase to repay my entire loan. But Morpho stopped working. Repayment attempts failed.
I even tried liquidating other holdings and transferring additional funds. Nothing worked. 10 attempt to pay off the loan and all in vain.
At $103K, I genuinely thought my 5 BTC were gone. I was sitting at my desk contemplating how I would recover from this.
Fortunately, BTC rebounded near $102K. Once the platform stabilized, I repaid everything and withdrew my Bitcoin.
The lesson? Liquidation risk isn't your only enemy. Platform failure during extreme volatility can wipe you out EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE THE FUNDS TO SAVE YOURSELF.
Never again. No leverage. No crypto-backed loans. Not even Bitcoin.

Shared infrastructure always betrays even the most disciplined state actors.
every "proof of stake" chain should be doing this - including eth
Multi-sig - key sharding - approval processes - delegation. None of this is security.
exchanges should be run by
competent trusted expert coders that self code offline secure signing software with deterministic whitelists of accounts and balances for hot withdrawals
