🚨 My store is officially live🚨
Check it out:

Featured first is the Live Play Tracker built to help coaches track play calls live, view play efficiency, and generate halftime reports.
You’ll also find Excel templates, recruiting tools, lineup analysis, player evaluations, scouting resources, and more.
Everything was built to help coaches save time and make better decisions.
More tools are on the way.

The VC is the Information Hub
The best Video Coordinator isn’t the person with the most film.
It’s the person everyone goes to when they need an answer.
Coaches.
Recruiting Coordinators.
DOBO.
GM.
Strength.
Become the hub of information not just the keeper of video.

🚨 Coaches/GA’s, if you do mail outs, this is for you! 🚨
Built a Monthly Mailout Calendar in Google Sheets to keep recruiting communication organized all year.
The best part? Collapse each month to keep the sheet clean, then expand it whenever you need it.
Each month includes:
📅 Send week
📬 Form of contact (Email, Handwritten, Mailer, etc.)
📝 Communication topic
🎓 Player class
👨👩👧 Who it’s going to (Parent, Coach, HS Coach)
One place to plan every touchpoint, stay organized, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Recruiting Coordinators 🤝
I’d love to get a group chat going with other young recruiting coordinators. Just a space to share ideas, ask random recruiting questions, and support each other. If you’re interested, shoot me a DM!
So far it’s me and my friend @Abbyvampatella 🙂
