There are faithful Christians who vote Republican.
There are faithful Christians who vote Democrat.
There are faithful Christians who spend seasons voting both or neither.
Our salvation and relationship with the Lord isn’t contingent on politics, despite what the world says.
I'm a firm believer that the political climate would be more calmer if conservatives curbed the existential crisies each election. America will be fine if Democrats win. Move on and prepare better next time. The tribalism is ridiculous.
A Democrat candidate proclaimed his faith and the Gospel on Fox News.
It's a keen reminder that our faith isn't limited to the right. Praise God!

Mass deportation isn't just. It isn’t a triumph of the rule of law. It’s a product of Trump’s own hatreds and bigotries.
After pledging to deport the “worst of the worst,” he has decided to pursue otherwise law-abiding residents for deportation, even residents with American families. He has decided to detain people who are eligible for bonds. Again, that is not what the law requires. It is what Trump demands. nytimes.com/2026/10/29/opini…
I'm seeing "voting for the lesser of two evils" talk trying to convince conservatives to remain loyal to their partisan cause.
Y'all, I've been voting for the "lesser of two evils" for a decade now. In the vast majority of those cases, it's not who y'all want me to vote for.

If your “Christianity” makes no sense beyond a strictly American context it is not Christianity.
Yeah, I shouldn't have checked Twitter in the middle of the night. Folks are mad that I dare say Christians vote Democrat.
If you call yourself a Christian and vote for Democrats, as long as you believe Christ is your Lord and that He has saved you through grace, you are still a Christian.
The past day, my feed has been inundated with "Oh, this turnout isn't good for TX Dems!" and "Oh, Amy Acton's mother disowning her is a death knell!"
Why is my feed feeding me this junk?

The Dodgers getting swept may look bad, but you have to remember those losses are actually deferred for the next 30 years.
Why is Twitter suddenly giving me mopey Dodger fan content?
Like, y'all had 2 WS wins in a row, and was primed for a 3rd. Y'all can afford any player y'all want. Let someone else give it a shot.
I've said this once, and I'll say it again:
It's very interesting that the "We're electing a president, not a pastor" crowd is hyper-focused on James Talarico's theology.
Suddenly folks care about a politician's theology again.

3 things can be true at once:
1) He didn't mean to say he *wanted* Iran to nuke San Diego or LA
2) He's so morally lazy he was willing to leave that vile impression
3) He actually wouldn't care if those cities were nuked

Unpopular opinion: I don’t think Trump was suggesting letting Iran to attack “blue cities.” I think he meant if Iran gets a nuke, LA and San Diego could be targets considering they’re two major West Coast cities. The real outrage should be over calling this war a “small price to pay” after 18 U.S. servicemembers have died.
