I VOTED. I voted like my children goto public school. I voted like my daughters have a ectopic pregnancy. I voted like you can’t just “Grab ‘em by the pussy.” I voted like my daughters were victims of rape or sexual assault. I voted like my neighbors and friends were struggling to put food on the table. I voted like our Veterans weren’t being used as pawns in a political game. I voted like it was a struggle to pay for gas just to get to work. I voted like I was a farmer trying to fill up my combine. I voted like my mother and father are paying more for their prescription medication. I voted like someone who believes women should have the right to vote without a passport. I voted as a parent who believes my child should feel safe at school. I voted as a parent disgusted at the fact my 5 year old has to practice “Active Shooter” drills at school. I voted like Jesus wasn’t a weapon. I voted like my neighbor was killed for standing up for the vulnerable. I voted like my friends and family are dying of cancer. I voted like I care about people. No matter the color of their skin… No matter what religion they choose to follow… No matter who they choose to love. I Voted For Basic Human Rights. I Voted Against MAGA.
