7.5 hours and 36 miles later, glad to be relaxing in my ground floor hotel room. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many stairs in one day before going up and down those cliffs for the first 16 miles. It may be the most picturesque and friendly course I’ve ever done! #ukrunchat

It would seem based on the below, that @bookingcom has had a data leak sometime in the last couple of months. One was reported in April 2026, but the booking relating to the phishing attempt below was not made until 21st July 2026 #security
Fortunately, I checked with the hotel via @bookingcom messages first - something that is always recommended - verify the source of the request, don't assume.
One month tomorrow I'll be boarding the plane to Berlin to run the marathon, and will then be spending a few days in Poland.

Still a lot to do, but working on colouring a drawing I originally did for my GCSE Art exam, many, many years ago #warhammer #lizardmen
It's amazing how many people in the comments don't have a shred of empathy when human lives are at risk; just because they were born in a different part of the world.

I used to have hundreds of Crayola crayons and pencils, and other art supplies (my Dad's aunt worked for Crayola in Bedford). This is what I've got leftover from those days (some bits not Crayola!)

Looks like week 3 of 16 for training is going to be the warmest one yet... it could however be good practice for the day of the event if it's anything like last time I did this one. Could be quite challenging!
Finally finished painting both forms of Miao Ying, the Storm Dragon! Sadly my backdrop isn't big enough for her dragon form... (thinking I need to get something printed in A3 or A2!) @warhammer #TheOldWorld #GrandCathay
