Sources told us that Donna Arthur was visibly mentally unwell and "far gone" and "in bad shape" while she was filming the Vivek Ramaswamy ad. NBC pulled the court filings from Donna Arthur's animal neglect charges which show one defense attorney suggested she needed a competency evaluation.
"Arthur, 82, exhibited a belief that animal rescue workers had conspired to take away her pets, and she accused a humane society officer and an animal rescue worker of 'stalking' her so they could steal her cats and sell them, the transcripts show."

So Vivek Ramaswamy and his campaign found a homeless woman in desperate need of help, cleaned her up just long enough to exploit her for a political attack ad against her own daughter, and then sent her right back onto the streets? These people aren’t just cruel. They’re fucking monsters.

Amy Acton's stepfather's surviving biological daughter spoke to The Daily Mail when they knocked on her door in Ohio, while sobbing.
She said: She believed Amy's story, because her father raped her sister more than once (the victim in this 1974 indictment); she remembered Amy lived in a tent with Donna and Cledith; it's been terrible for her family to see Vivek's ad run in Ohio; and she heard rumors her father had victimized even more young girls.
NEW: I obtained the full Trumbull County file for Amy Acton's stepfather's 1974 charge which shows that he was indicted for incest involving his 16-year-old biological daughter in 1973. The sheriff was then unable to locate him to serve him a summons in the county and nothing further happened in the case.
Donna Arthur, featured in Vivek Ramaswamy's still-running campaign ad, married Cledith the next year in a neighboring county.

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) will cost $300M+. In Aug 2023, Metro said the plan was 83% dedicated lanes for BRT. Now that is down to 70%. The result: our goal is now only 20% ⬇️in travel time vs 25-30% more ambitious goal. We need to do this right!

Love @cincinnatimetro & what they are doing designing Bus Rapid Transit. But we need to push further on reducing travel times. A 20% reduction is great but it is significantly less than other cities. My thoughts…
