HUGE👏🏼: Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs VETOED a Republican bill that would have kicked 200,000 people off their healthcare to give billionaires a $600 million tax break.
The vetoed bill would have also cut $1.8 million from food stamps, leaving 640,000 Arizona children to go hungry.
“This budget is unbalanced and reckless,” Governor Hobbs explained. “With it, Arizona would default on our debt obligations, endanger vulnerable children, slash critical public safety funding, and pay for tax breaks to billionaires, data centers, and special interests by kicking Arizonans off their healthcare and taking food off their tables.”
“Arizonans cannot afford chaotic and dysfunctional Washington-style budgeting in our state government.”

I took an impromptu 6 hour red-eye with my toddler to surprise my dad for his 70th birthday.
We landed and tried to sneak into my childhood home at 7am but all the windows and doors were locked. Our family dog saw me, started barking. My mom woke up and thought they were getting robbed. 😂
Now grandpa and granddaughter are happily standing in the kitchen making morning coffee together and laughing.
These are the “good old days.” This is it.
