“JIFFY” Mix

Who loves cornbread??? 🔥🔥 One of the easiest breads to make on the grill is the simple cornbread. But sometimes you just have to take it up a notch. My super easy Jalapeño cheesy cornbread starts off with that little blue box of Jiffy corn bread muffins from JIFFY Mix Its a pantry staple for me and one of my favorite @LodgeCastIron pans. Don’t have this pan? You can use any cast-iron pan or grill proof pan. Here’s my super simple recipe 1 box jiffy cornbread muffin mix 1 egg 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/3 cup milk 1-2 jalapeños sliced 1/2 cup shredded cheese or slices 4 tbsp Kerrygold USA unsalted butter 1/2 cup bacon crumbles In a bowl mix cornbread mix egg milk and smoked paprika. Set aside. Preheat your grill to 400°F and place half a tbsp of butter into each segment of the cast-iron pan. When the butter has melted fill each segment 2/3 full with cornbread muffin mix top with shredded cheese (I used Colby jack) bacon crumbles and a slice of jalapeño. Bake on your grill until golden approx 15-20 minutes. That’s it really super simple totally rewarding & the possibilities are endless
