Google plans to invest US$15 billion in Malaysia between 2027 and 2028, including new data centre campuses in Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.
The construction phase is expected to contribute an annual average of US$1.1 billion to Malaysia's GDP and support more than 37,000 local jobs, generating US$378 million in annual labour income.

The government's obsession on AI will be the death of the rakyat (literally).
Investing on AI is a waste of resources and would further deteriorate people's quality of life.
If we don't oppose this aggressively, Malaysia will be the land of data and we'll bear the cost.
