This morning I find myself in the lovely town of #Todmorden. I'm working with some local volunteers at the #FamilyHub to discuss how we can collect effective #feedback and how this can then be passed on to improve service delivery.

Busy morning- really rewarding - working with #voluntarysector in #Kirklees looking at role of designated #safeguarding leader. Lots of food for thought about how to make this crucial role work - learners asked one thing they would do as a result of the training @tslkirklees
