Unbelievable season for @CoachBeck1 and @CSUDHmbb. No surprise that in a defeat that came down to the last play he, his staff and players are all class. A team that was built with high character young men that will be remembered forever. #TheManInTheArena

Back-2-Back @goccaa titles & the 1st outright in school history! Much more 🏀 to be played!
After leading @CSUDHmbb to a shared conference championship last season, my best friend @CoachBeck1 just led his Dominguez Hills Toros to their first outright CCAA championship in school history! Couldn’t have happened to a better person!
Let’s Go Toros 🤘🏀
This really stings. Lou Colombano (along with Kathy) were the most supportive boosters in my 14 years at Pepperdine because they were full of love.
They often traveled with us and loved being around the guys. They were the same when we won or lost - the best!
Love you Lou.
💙 Tonight we'd like to remember 2013 Hall of Famer Lou Colombano.
Lou & his wife Kathy have supported Pepperdine and Waves basketball for over 40 years- he will be dearly missed on the sidelines in Firestone.
Our hearts go out to the Colombanos.

Congrats to @DrakeLondon_ on the game winning touchdown on MNF. Recruited him at Pep. If he chose bball would have been an all WCC guy and pro. Great person, family and leadership from @BTIHoops. Happy for all your success.

The Sacramento Kings are hiring Quinton Crawford as head coach of the franchise’s NBA G League Stockton Kings, sources tell @TheAthletic. Crawford, 33, spent last seven seasons as an NBA assistant, including 2023-24 in Phoenix. He was part of the 2020 Lakers championship staff.
If any coaches/staff (any sport) have interest in finding out more about the process of utilizing private air charters for their team I’d be happy to connect.
It will never be cheaper than commercial flights but can be a logistical solution and strategically sourced. Hit me up!
This is awesome from DJ Burns. 2nd half of tourney game and he’s hyping the guy he splits minutes with who’s having a career night. Great teammate.

Important note for anyone that “covers” cbb, calling this tampering - understand how the portal rules work - the Transfer Portal opened on Monday, but when there’s a coaching change you do not have to wait until then to enter. Houston has been in the portal for a couple weeks.
NEWS: Pepperdine transfer guard Houston Mallette has committed to Alabama, he annnounced.
