Today's Charlie Hall Chase offers a £56,950 prize to the winner.
In 2009, it was £57,010.
Allowing for inflation, today's prize money would need to be £94,000
In real terms, the winner's prize money has declined by 40%
Tradition isn't keeping the prize unchanged for 20 years

So the Jack Garritty ban gets overturned without the need for an appeal & rightly so. What happens to the panel that handed out the ban? Do they get banned without pay for 10days?

Another lovely winner for the Point-To-Point Recruits. Paul Nicholls has a useful looking bunch of bumper/novice hurdlers to unleash this season, let's hope they can all do it as easily as Verney Fox.

I do these every morning with a cup of tea out of my positive mindset cup. Been doing this for 2 months now. You don’t have to believe it all at the start!!! It’ll come

Another nice winner for the Point-To-Point Recruits. Ballycrystal Boy found plenty up the hill to win pulling away. His stamina is clearly his strength. Well done to all connections @jamiesnowden.

Joe Tizzard sounded quietly confident that Diamond Ri was in the right frame of mind to produce a performance like this when interviewed the previous day at @WorcesterRaces by (I think it was) @mickfitzg. Team in form!
Easiest winner of the day? 👀
