What is the state of Iranian missile production sites? Thanks to new imagery from our friends at Planet Labs, the @FPRI IDAC Team took a look!
Bottom line, many of the facilities are still severely damaged, with some debris removal and repair work ongoing.

there are no guardrails to restore trust. it's about Google compromising the tool and destroying trust in its product, on top of satellite image providers enhancing resolution by using ML, blurring/manipulating images to hide sensitive places, shifting coordinates, etc.. already

Tonight I typed just one sentence into Google Earth and put refugees near the Mexican border. Then I planted a nuclear plant in Iran. What on earth is Google doing? Check my latest post here: digitaldigging.org/p/how-to-…

NEW on CNN: Satellite imagery shows cratered roads in area where US staged airman rescue in Esfahan province.
Satellite images from Airbus taken on Sunday show dozens of craters along several roads in central Esfahan province, around 20 kilometers from a remote airstrip where US forces destroyed their own aircraft after they became damaged. Each crater is around 9 meters wide.
CNN's @Kevinliptakcnn reported earlier that as American special operations forces converged on the mountainside where the downed officer had been hiding, US planes conducted strikes in the area to ensure Iranian forces could not get there first.

Thread: High-resolution satellite images released by @vantortech reveal damage at several new air bases and missile sites in Iran after US/Israeli strikes.
Images captured on 9 March show damage to Iranian F-14 Tomcats at the Isfahan air base (Shekari 8).
The damage to Shahroud is extensive
More or less every building in the solid motor production lines was damaged, many destroyed. Several mixing & casting buildings, along with what might be non-destructive testing & premix buildings.
Thanks to our partners @Airbus for the image
Confirmed first damage to the Iranian solid propellant missile plant at Shahroud
Casting and mixing buildings were damaged, along with parts of what the IDF alleges is a warhead production line.
Thanks to our friends @planet for the imagery!
More strikes at Kashan
Tunnel entrances hit, along with more support buildings. Looks like the base has been pretty extensively damaged.
Thanks as always to our friends @planet for the imagery.
Kashan missile base hit
At least two vehicles damaged leaving scorch marks, one support building destroyed. This is one of the regional-range bases used during True Promise II to target Israel. Unsurprising it got hit early
Thanks to our friends @planet for the imagery
Shiraz north missile base struck.
Tunnel entrances extensively targeted, and scorch marks along the roads indicate damaged vehicles, probably more TEL plinking. No real damage to support buildings.
Thanks to our friends @planet for the imagery!
