I think we all know emulation is legal by now but it’s become synonymous with piracy. Are people dumping their own ROMs? Can you even do that with vibe coding? Let’s be real the majority of people who will emulate Switch 2 are pirating the games Just own what you’re doing

I hate that accounts like this are promoting blatant stealing. If you want to emulate old games, sure that is GREAT for preservation but pirating NEW currently being sold ones is just theft. I hope you get sued into oblivion.

Nintendo has multiple failed consoles they never forfeited their exclusive IP. And these influencers and journos demanding Xbox to give in? Why is it okay for Nintendo or PlayStation to retain exclusives no matter of cost, layoffs and expectations but for Xbox they don’t have that same privilege to release Xbox games only on Xbox ?

Nintendo went from 101 million Wiis to just 13.56 million Wii Us. Then came the Switch. Xbox can come back too. Great games, clear messaging, and leadership that rebuilds trust can go a long way. It’ll take years of consistency, but a damaged brand doesn’t have to stay damaged.

The hard truth here is that most Nintendo games these days lack any friction that forces players to reach skill ceilings. They let you play like a dumbass & have a great time with it. So it's obviously a foreign concept when a game forces them to git gud to get the most out of it

I think since Switch Sports Resort came out so early in the Switch 2’s life, we’ll see it get updates and I REALLY hope we get baseball Nintendo got backlash from the “stay tuned for free updates” so they will probably just shadow drop any updates

I hope they bring baseball to switch sports resort in a future update!! One time when I was younger I was playing wii sports with my brothers friend and he punched me in the face (accidentally) while trying to swing his bat in game 😭
