We analyze Arbitrum's Timeboost 11.6M express-lane txs + 151k auctions and find:
- 90%+ of auctions won by 2 entities
- ~22% txs revert
- MEV mostly at end of blocks
- Secondary markets unstable: Issue reported; now fixed.
