Hit your Grok @Bot usage limit out of nowhere today? You're not alone. So I built a bot that gives your whole setup a checkup. Meet BotDoctor 🩺 One tap and it pulls your real usage, finds which bots and routines are eating it, spots your spike days, idle bots, and broken connectors. Then it hands you a patient chart with a health score, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Nothing changes unless you tap Apply. Mine got a B. What's yours? x.ai/bot/v_nXdMs_P3vL7RtMd95…

There's a lot of talk right now about governments telling people to stock up on food and water. Over 30 countries now recommend keeping anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks of supplies at home. Officials say there's no specific threat. Are they telling us everything that they know? Living in Florida, this is just normal. Water, non-perishables, meds, cash, a flashlight, and a plan. You hope you never need it. Having a plan isn't panic. It's peace of mind.

Every IT leader has sat through a vendor demo that looked perfect, then watched it fall apart in production. Robotics AI is there right now. OpenAI's Astra just went #1 on a robot benchmark index. Then micro1 put 10 top models in a simulated operating room. 800 trials. 11 finished tasks. Astra got 2. Worse, 213 times a model said "task complete" and 0 were true. Benchmarks aren't deployments. Would you trust one of these near a patient yet? 👇

When Skunk Works drops a 9 second teaser with a raven's eye and "You can't see what's coming".. you pay attention. This is the same team that gave us the SR-71 Blackbird and the F-117. They don't post for fun. My guess is a next gen stealth drone. Ravens are smart, quiet, and hard to spot, which sounds a lot like a sixth gen wingman to me. What's your guess? 🦨👇
You can't see what's coming.🦨

It's officially GTA VI month 🎮 18 days to go. And the ONE night the government gives us an extra hour of sleep, all it does is add one more hour of waiting for Vice City. Living in Florida, I'm not sure Rockstar even had to make anything up. A guy riding a gator through a Publix parking lot is just a regular Tuesday here. Real question.. have you cleared 210GB yet, or are you deciding which kid's games get deleted first? 👇

Happy Halloween from Tampa Bay 🎃 Traffic is already scary on a normal day, but tonight the goblins are out. Stay safe out there, watch for the little ones trick or treating, and enjoy the night. What's the best costume you've seen so far this year? 👻

The internet doesn't always get it right. This time it did. Walt was just stocking Red Baron pizzas when a prankster tried to make him the joke. Now his GoFundMe is at $691K of a $700K goal from 19.5K people, and Walt thanked everyone for having his back. Over 40K posts have tagged @redbaronpizza since Thursday, and people are clearing out the freezer aisle. Support a company that stands behind its people, and people will show up.
Walt was just stocking Red Baron pizzas in a store freezer, doing his job. A wannabe prankster named Carter Robert Porter (has since deactivated his account on IG) walked up with camera glasses and played a fake Apple Pay sound so Walt would think he'd just been robbed. Walt told him straight: he works hard, barely sleeps, doesn't see his four kids much, and doesn't have time for this.Walt just wanted to grab his groceries and get home to see his kids. That's every honest American worker in one sentence. Now strangers have raised over $500K for him, and #RedBaron, where he works, publicly backed their guy. Hard work still wins. Airbnb just told hosts they can't ask guests to take out the trash. Starting Nov 20, no more checkout chore lists, since guests already pay a cleaning fee. Hosts are furious, and some are planning a blackout that day. I rent out my RV and I'll be honest, I see both sides. Nobody wants a 10 item checklist on vacation. But leaving a mess isn't okay either. Where do you land, reasonable ask or too much?

Quick question for a Saturday morning.. What's one piece of tech you'd never go back to living without? Mine's easy. FSD. I use it for about 97% of my driving now, and going back to a regular car feels like going back to a flip phone. Close second is my Grok Bots. Drop yours below. I'm curious if anyone says something I've never even heard of 👇

Almost $600K raised so far including a recognizable name.

Power move.. Rejecting the rejection! Keane's reply is funny, but it hits a nerve. Gen Z is sending hundreds of applications and getting silence or a bot back. The NYT says almost a third get rejected without ever talking to a human. I've hired a lot of people over the years. Some of my best hires would never have made it past today's AI filters. Keane, you're hired. At least you got a response. 😆
Never seen a guy reject a rejection email 😭

Apple waited 7 years to "get foldables right." Samsung's first Fold had screen problems back in 2019. Apple watched, took notes, and launched the iPhone Duo at $2,000 with a "precision-engineered" hinge. Week one? Owners are hearing a click when they close it, then bright lines and cracks across the inner screen. Apple says it's a "small number" and will replace them. A screen repair outside of warranty runs about $1,000. Would you pay $2,000 for a first-gen Apple foldable, or wait for version 2?

@joerogan you should be the one to interview him! He'll bring the pizza.

My electric toothbrush died today. Bought it in 2021, way out of warranty. So I had my Grok @Bot go plead my case with the company's support. It opened their chat, got past the chatbot to a real agent, and politely explained I'm a loyal customer who wants to stay with the brand. No free replacement, but it walked away with a 25% off coupon and a case number. I didn't type a single word. Bots asking nicely for discounts might be my new favorite thing. 😀

UPDATE: My bot actually found me a better deal from an online retailer than the full retail price minus 25% coupon. So it went back to work with the company support and negotiated an even better deal of a 30% off coupon plus I get to keep the 25% off as well for future use. This is now a much better deal than the other online retailer. Grok Bot for the win!

Halloween tomorrow, and Sunday the clocks fall back so we all get a free extra hour. I already know where mine is going.. letting FSD take the long way home along the water while I sit back and enjoy the ride. So what are you doing with your extra hour? Sleep, coffee, one more episode, or something better?

Read the fine print on this one.. Pro $100 and $500 really do double. But Pro $200 isn't getting more. The cut planned for tomorrow got called off after people pushed back, so it's the same limits as today, now labeled "doubled." And OpenAI still decides how much each model uses up, so 2x the limit doesn't always mean 2x the work. Still a win. Pushback works. Credit to Tibo for listening.
Day 25/ We are doubling all usage limits for all Pro 100/200/500 tiers and Business Premium, effective today. We heard your kind feedback and won’t be reducing usage limits for Pro 200, so your Work and Codex usage will stay the same. We’re also going to continue offering extended limits for dots for now, and usage of your dot will still continue to be separate from your default usage. And we'll of course also keep shipping better models and other efficiency improvements that increase your effective usage over time.

That viral photo you just reposted might be 6 years old. So I built ProofCheck, a free Grok Bot that checks if a photo or screenshot is real, recycled from an older event, edited, or AI generated. Drop in a post link or image and you get a quick scorecard.. the verdict, where it really came from, signs of edits, an AI score, and a reply you can post. Third bot in the set after RealityCheck and ClaimCheck. Link below 👇
