Exclusive: Talks held over major shake-up of Scotland's non-league cup landscape.
Discussions are ongoing over the creation of a new 'unifying' nationwide cup competition amid growing frustration over fixture scheduling in existing tournaments.
The proposals could spell the end of the historic Junior Cup.
It follows Lowland League side Johnstone Burgh announcing they will play two matches at the same time next month.

Scottish team Johnstone Burgh will be forced to play two cup games at the same time after being unable to reschedule either fixture.
The fifth-tier side will face Tayport in the Scottish Communities Cup at 2:30pm (GMT) on Saturday, November 21. Their Lowland League Cup tie against Dunipace kicks off half an hour later — and around 90 kilometres away.
Johnstone Burgh released a statement on Wednesday to explain they had “explored every possible option” and were “extremely disappointed” with the outcome.
The club said their league and cup opponents were not willing to reschedule their games away from the “traditional Saturday afternoon kick off times”, a stance Johnstone Burgh added they understood.
