Registration seems smooth but no relevant slots for my two kids! Slots really went quickly and some facilities are not available as with last year. CBOs have had to re-locate to non-homeschool site, causing some anxiety given the unfamiliarity for both kids and staff!
Summer Rising slots going very quickly this year - 62,000 of 110,00 spots claimed as of 5pm yesterday, 2 days after registration opened + have heard some sites already hitting capacity. Parents, schools, CBOs - how’s registration going? nydailynews.com/new-york/edu…

One piece of data I’m seeing: the subway stations + other infrastructure rebuilt post-Hurricane Sandy for climate resilience *worked.*
It was areas that *didn’t* get investment that suffered.
