Today, we’re releasing our investment community, SaaS Club, to all Hexa alumni, on @JoinRoundtable (eF#21) 👏
For the past years, @qnickmans , @tiboel and @amaury_74 have invested in top tier B2B SaaS companies thanks to the great deal of opportunities coming their way.
Today, they’re sharing these opportunities with Hexa alumni through SaaS Club.

Their single mission is to enable anyone to invest in startups
And they’ve created a platform that allows any investor to share great deals with their community. Now, they're taking a step further by launching public communities. While previously you needed an invitation to join a community, now you can request access to public ones.
So, of course, we played along and opened ours. A few months ago, we created SaaS Club with my associates @qnickmans and @amaury_74 to allow a few friends to benefit from SaaS deals that we see happening in Europe and the US.
And today we are opening SaasClub to all Hexa alumni, which means to all the people who have, one day, worked in our offices, members of the core team, founders, early employees, interns. If this sounds like you, then join us to benefit from quality dealflow in an area we are particularly fond of.

A US competitor, named @assureco, shut down last week.
We don’t know the full reasons for that yet, however, given the context, we thought we’d share more details on how @JoinRoundtable plans for SPV continuity.
Amazon IPOed in 1997 with a valuation of $438M.
Buying $1,000 of shares then and forgetting about them would mean that, as of June 2022, even though we’ve just suffered a big write-off, you’d be a millionaire (~$1.6M, to be exact).
Making such fortunes on public markets is no longer possible.
Now, wealth creation happens in the private markets.
But they’re not accessible to everyone.
That’s exactly what we want to change with @JoinRoundtable
