The CLARITY Act didn't reach 60 votes in the Senate today. For now, there's no comprehensive federal framework for digital asset regulation this year. The SEC and CFTC jurisdictional questions remain unresolved. We'll keep watching how this develops.

Tomorrow could be a big day for US crypto regulation. The Senate votes on whether to advance the CLARITY Act, the bill that would draw clear lines between SEC and CFTC oversight and give exchanges a real framework to register under. This matters to the industry long-term.
