APIs are the core of a good developer experience. The inconsistency is what makes AWS feels like a bajillion mildly-cooperating startups who share a food court, rather than a fully integrated platform.
AWS APIs are inconsistent among different services, between related services, or even within a single service — and that’s a real problem for developers.
