These brave girls took a massive stand today by walking off the field at their cross country meet. They were on the same team as the boy, so an even more courageous act!
I was there! And I stand with these girls!!

Dear Catholics :
It's not a service, it's a liturgy.
It's not a robe, they are vestments.
It's not wine, it's the Blood of Jesus Christ
It's not bread, it's the Body of Jesus Christ,
Its not a table, it's an altar
It's not a song, it's a hymn.
It's not a poem, it's a psalm
It's not a preacher, it's a priest
It's not only a personal relationship, it's a convenantal relationship
I love being Catholic, it's our life and lifestyle..

😱90% of Catholics do not know this
Catholics make the Sign of the Cross because it is a biblical, ancient, and meaningful prayer that proclaims the central truths of the Christian faith.
Why Catholics do it:
It invokes the Holy Trinity: “In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19).
It recalls Christ’s sacrifice: The cross is the instrument by which Jesus redeemed the world (1 Corinthians 1:18; Galatians 6:14).
It is a profession of faith: Tracing the cross on the body publicly declares belief in the crucified and risen Christ.
It is a prayer for God’s blessing and protection: Christians have used the Sign of the Cross since the earliest centuries as a reminder that they belong to Christ.
It reminds us of Baptism: Catholics often make the Sign of the Cross with holy water upon entering a church, recalling their baptism into Christ.
Is it biblical?
While Scripture does not explicitly command Christians to trace a cross on themselves, its elements are deeply biblical:
Matthew 28:19 – Jesus commands baptism “in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.”
Luke 9:23 – “Take up your cross daily and follow me.”
Ezekiel 9:4 – God’s faithful are marked on the forehead as a sign of belonging to Him.
Revelation 7:3 and 14:1 – God’s servants are sealed on their foreheads.
The symbolism
When making the Sign of the Cross:
Forehead – May God sanctify my thoughts.
Chest – May Christ dwell in my heart.
Shoulders – May God strengthen all my actions and carry my burdens.
In one simple gesture, Catholics profess the Trinity, remember Christ’s saving death, renew their baptismal identity, and ask for God’s grace and protection. It is both a prayer and a visible confession of the Christian faith.

Why Do Catholics Genuflect Before Entering a Church Pew?
Catholics genuflet, briefly kneeling on the right knee, before entering or leaving a pew as a profound act of reverence for Jesus Christ,
who is truly and substantially present in the Blessed Sacrament reserved in the tabernacle.
Catholic teaching holds that during Mass, bread and wine become the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Christ (transubstantiation). The consecrated hosts are kept in the tabernacle, often near the altar and marked by a lit sanctuary lamp.
Genuflection declares: “The King is in the room.” It is not mere habit, but an ancient protocol of adoration and humility directed at Christ Himself.
The word “genuflect” comes from Latin for “bend the knee.” This gesture, once used to honor earthly kings, was reserved by Christians for God alone as the highest form of worship
.How It’s Done
Upon entering the church, when passing the tabernacle, and when leaving.
Right knee touches the floor briefly, often with the Sign of the Cross.
Those unable to kneel simply bow at the waist.
This small, intentional act bridges body and soul, reminding the faithful that they are stepping into the presence of the living God. In a distracted world, it remains a quiet but powerful expression of faith.
Hope this is helpful?

🚨 NOW: Secretary Marco Rubio DROPS this incredible Christian message
We are a Christian nation! 🇺🇸
"On this day, two and a half centuries ago, our forefathers gathered for the second time in as many years for a national day of fasting and prayer."
"The resolution of the Continental Congress called on the 13 colonies to humble themselves in preparation for the coming war. The founders were not naive men."
"They had no guarantees of victory. They knew that what they were trying to do had never been done before in human history. But with the dark storm clouds of war looming on the horizon, they did what Christians have always done."
"Across place and time for 2,000 years, they turned their eyes to heaven and placed their fate in the hands of God. This is who we are. It is who we have always been."
"America is still a young nation measured against a record of history, and from the beginning, we have carried the belief that our country represents something new in the world."
"But the soul of our nation has always been rooted in an ancient faith."

SHOCKING: Mother Miriam Drops Truth Bombs on the Pope & Vatican!
“False prophets” now have an official prayer room inside the Vatican Library — so Muslims can pray to their false god on sacred ground.
Mother Miriam is speaking out with righteous fire: This is a grave scandal and betrayal of the Catholic Faith. How on earth do you allow this inside the heart of the Church?!
Christ is King. The First Commandment still matters. You don’t honor the true Faith by giving equal space to falsehood.
Wake up, Catholics. This interfaith “openness” is going too far.
Who else is tired of watching the Vatican bend over backwards?
