You won’t always feel like it. You won’t always enjoy it. It won’t always be easy. It won’t always be convenient. You won’t always be confident. You won’t always have the answers. It won’t always be comfortable. It won’t always be perfect. Show up anyway. Live the standard.

How to be a great teammate: Lead yourself first. Own your attitude and effort, every day. Put the team's win ahead of your role. Humility > ego. Be coachable when it stings. Make the people around you better. Talent makes you valuable. Being a great teammate makes you trusted.
