My friend and mentor Dr. Doyen Nguyen was interviewed by @PatrickDHahn recently. She described the brain death fallacy this way: “What is meant when we say ‘a brain-dead patient’? Actually, what we should say is this: ‘a severely brain-injured, deeply comatose patient deemed to be brain-dead.’ And, as everybody knows, for someone to be in a state of coma, however deep it might be, that person must still be alive. The brain-dead person is still absorbing food, absorbing oxygen. They can absorb food if you put in the gastric tube. They can absorb nutrients via IV fluids. And they’re making urine, so they are capable of excreting bodily waste, and eighty percent of the patients demonstrate spontaneous movement and reflexes of the limbs. This has been documented in the medical literature. So, brain-dead people are not ‘dead as a stone.’”

"Medicare for All" means a mandatory government-run insurance system financed through mandatory taxes. Will this lower healthcare costs? No. Will it make heathcare better? No. And who benefits from "Medicare for All"? Insurance companies. Who do you think is pushing this? Lobbyists.

Dr. Ladapo is in a tenuous situation, waiting to see if @ByronDonalds will keep him as @FLSurgeonGen ... yet he still comes out strong against mRNA. This is integrity.
As I said in January 2024, no one should be taking mRNA COVID-19 vaccines because of their terrible safety profile. But for those who had to take one, Florida’s public health data strongly implies that thousands of Floridians died as a result of receiving Pfizer instead of Moderna. The number of lives lost in the U.S. and internationally is staggering, based on this analysis. The culture of approving vaccines without adequate safety testing and assuming “innocent until proven guilty” with these products absolutely, positively needs to end.

How do I know the climate “crisis” is a scam? Here are five reasons: 1️⃣ None of the politicians, celebrities, or “scientists” talking about it have changed their own lifestyles in any way. If they actually stopped using oil and gas products, I’d take them seriously. Actions speak louder than words. 2️⃣ Climate conferences still aren’t held on Zoom using their large meeting extensions. Instead these gremlins keep flying around the world lecturing us about shrinking our carbon footprints while doing nothing to shrink their own. 3️⃣ Wealthy alarmists are still living on or buying oceanfront property. If sea levels were rising at anything close to a catastrophic rate (instead of the gradual increase we actually see), they would be moving inland and banks would stop writing loans for those properties. 4️⃣ The same people never criticize China or India. They always have a ready list of excuses for why the world’s biggest and fastest-growing CO₂ emitters get a free pass to keep burning fossil fuels. 5️⃣ The only “solutions” they ever offer involve more government power. Higher taxes. EV mandates. Restrictions or bans on the energy sources they don’t like.

Physicians keep paying specialty association dues. Apparently, losing requires a subscription. Hospital ownership? Gutted. Stark and anti-kickback restrictions? Alive and well. Certificate of Need laws? A handful of individual physicians get to spend their own money fighting for permission to compete. CMS pays a premium to send patients to the most expensive buildings in town while treating the physician’s professional fee like a clerical error it intends to correct downward. And when Washington comes for physician ownership in ASCs, I’m sure we’ll get another beautifully formatted statement expressing profound concern. For decades, physicians have funded executive directors, boards, committees, lobbying teams, and annual trips to Washington. Meanwhile, they’ve lost income, ownership, and autonomy. Then comes the victory lap: We “mitigated some of the more significant concerns.” Congratulations. They wanted both kidneys. You negotiated one. At some point, the people collecting dues need to explain why the people paying them keep losing ground. Access to lawmakers is lovely. A photograph with a senator must be thrilling. Neither pays the overhead. Imagine a surgeon explaining that the operation failed for the twentieth consecutive year, but the relationships in the operating room have never been stronger. Please renew your membership. And here come the “to be fair…” comments. We are at war. We are losing big time.
Physician voices helped influence the final Medicare Physician Fee Schedule and mitigate some of the more significant concerns in the proposed rule. That matters, but meaningful challenges remain. AAOS will keep pushing for a fair, data-driven reimbursement system that values physician services, preserves physician-led decision-making and protects patient access to care.

Dr. Ladapo’s @FLSurgeonGen early stance on informed consent was an important baseline for Florida, but the incoming administration must realize that the job is far from finished. While public platforms praise high-level statements, the reality on the ground is that the vaccine-injured community has been left behind without access to real clinical treatments, specialized diagnostic testing, or direct communication. Governor-elect @ByronDonalds, we appreciate the commitment to medical freedom and keeping Florida a beacon of liberty, but true leadership requires moving beyond symbolic milestones. To truly protect Florida's legacy under your administration, the Surgeon General and the freedom movements must end the institutional gatekeeping. We need a unified table where the injured can speak for themselves, access full unredacted public health databases, and collaborate on immediate clinical solutions. The division reflected in the recent midterm outcomes—including lost seats in the Senate—is a direct receipt for stalled legislative bills and administrative delays. The injured community is done being treated as a silent voter backdrop for broken promises. We want real change, real treatments, and real answers. Stop the talking points and enforce the data.
"I don't care whether you're a Republican, Democrat, or Independent." Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo says health is bigger than any party. "I don't want your kids to be poisoned." "I don't want you to be poisoned." "I want you to be as healthy as you possibly can be." "It's important that MAHA not be a partisan issue because it's not a partisan issue." "That's a movement for humanity." @FLSurgeonGen

The State of Things Pandemic — Week 30 of 2026 Blood clotting/disorder related ICD codes are still elevated by 5 to 16%, over five years after their group inflection (Week 14 2021). A new balance sheet report has been coded into the TES Pandemic Assessment System (below) - which shows the asymmetry between vaccine and pull-forward effect impacts on US Excess Mortality. Given that neither this asymmetry, nor its associated Excess Abnormal & Clinical Lab Findings Mortality, have abated (+58.6%) - whatever precipitated this alarming state of affairs - IS NOT GOING AWAY AFTER 5 YEARS of impact. The resulting Excess Non-Covid Natural Cause Mortality chart will be shown in a separate post. Three important observations derive from this work: 1. The sub-ICD codes in these elevated groups consistently inflect at Week 14 of 2021. Of particular concern are Kidney, Cerebrovascular, and Pulmonary blood-related mortality figures = i.e. "clotting" 2. The asymmetric effect bears reach into ages <55, hit even harder in almost all of the age bracket cross-sectional analyses. 3. The Covid Excess Mortality Pull-Forward Effect (PFE) is 87% expired now. Accordingly, excess non-Covid natural cause mortality is beginning to trend upward by that expirational taper, plus an added growth factor on top of that. We are not out of the woods by any means. These three factors serve to identify the impacting factor involved. The Covid - \/ax. Now that those who pushed this on us are back in power - I will likely speak in code from this point on. This factor has killed 973,779 Americans since Week 14 of 2021. But now they are angry at us and will do this again at the right opportunity - rest assured. If you are a doctor - you are going to have to assess your spiritual standing - and make the decision BEFORE they come to coerce you. Who are you going to serve? You need to make this decision with clarity and courage - not reactive fear.

For all of physician twitter Respectfully Medicare isn’t going to save us. Neither is Congress. Medicare just told us. Another pay cut is in the works. I’ve listened to this same conversation in physicians’ lounges every Wednesday since 1999. It has expanded to X and other social media platforms. It’s the same conversation. Physicians lament their loss of autonomy, yet year after year, the exact opposite of what we want continues to happen. Consolidation accelerates. Administrative control expands. Reimbursement erodes. And we continue to accept it. There is no gentle solution. No legislative rescue. No negotiation that will restore what we’ve surrendered over decades. Physicians must be willing to walk away, say no, and reclaim control of our profession. Not another committee. Not another appeal to Congress. Not another round of complaints while we continue participating in the very system stripping us of our independence. Until physicians collectively decide that enough is enough, every discussion about autonomy, reimbursement, and the future of medicine is moot. The solution isn’t coming from Washington, hospital administrators, or insurance companies. Politicians, pundits, influencers, insurers, and bureaucrats all seem to believe they should have a say in how physicians practice medicine, how we’re compensated, and under what conditions we’re allowed to work. Everyone has an opinion, and everyone feels entitled to impose it on our profession. At what point did we surrender that much control to people who have never practiced medicine? And the more important question is, why do we continue to allow it? It has to come from us. And it begins with the willingness to walk away There is no other solution. Challenge me all you want. I’ll visit you in a decade in the lounge. @DutchRojas @DrDiGiorgio @anish_koka @real_doc_speaks @HeathVeuleman @JahangirAsgha10
Medicare for All still has to pay enough to cover practice overhead and compensate physicians. If its rates cannot sustain independent practices, expect more consolidation, more subsidies for already subsidized health systems, and less access to care. Calling it “one simple insurer” does not make the cost of delivering care disappear. But keep believing in fairies.

The benchmark ACA plan costs 42 percent more than in 2025. Up 13 percent for 2027, after 26 percent the year before, per KFF. Enhanced subsidies hid the sticker price. They expired. A subsidy can pay a price. It can't lower one.

I'm Japanese. Watching your midterm results roll in on Tuesday night broke my heart. Republicans lost ground. A wave of Muslim and radical leftists just won seats across your country. Since Tuesday, my American friends keep asking me the same question. How did Japan stay Japan? In Tokyo, trains leave on the exact second. Leave your phone on a cafe table, and it is still waiting an hour later. Every year, people in Tokyo turn in over 4 billion yen in lost cash to the police. We didn't keep this by accident. When warships forced Japan open in 1853, our ancestors made a vow. Japanese spirit, Western technique. Take the steel, the railways, and the factories. Leave the self-hatred at the dock. After 1945, leftists tried to make us hate our history. We refused. We never let guilt become a state religion the way your universities did. Nobody taught our kids that our ancestors were evil, or that the family was a crime. Foreigners are still just 3 percent of Japan. When globalists called us closed, we didn't care. We went back to work. A border isn't just a wall. It is a people who refuse to apologize for who they are. But you need to hear the second half of our story before it is too late. Japan kept its culture. Yet we are dying anyway. In 1949, 2.7 million Japanese babies were born. Last year, it dropped below 700,000. The left didn't do this to us. Weak conservatives did. For thirty years, our politicians protected zombie corporations and old voters while crushing young working men. You cannot raise a family on a part-time contract. When young Japanese stopped having kids, our rural towns simply went quiet and empty. In America, empty spaces do not stay empty. Your system priced young Americans out of homes, marriage, and children. Your schools taught them to be ashamed of their own heritage. At the exact same time, you opened the gates. You brought in millions from the Islamic world who do not share your values. They have big families, and they have zero intention of assimilating. They do not apologize for their religion or their culture. They are fiercely proud of it. And they vote as a tribe. Once that happens, elections stop being about tax cuts. Elections become a headcount. A proud culture that has children will always outvote and replace an aging culture that hates itself. Look at Tuesday night's map. That isn't just a bad midterm cycle. That is your country slipping away in real time. Stop letting spineless politicians sell out your young people for cheap foreign labor and corporate donors. You don't save a nation just by praising the past. You save it by locking the gates, fighting for your own young families, and having children to hand your country to.

China operates over half of the world's total coal power capacity, with roughly 1,200 to 1,270 GW of operational capacity spread across more than 2,600 active coal generating units. The hypocrisy cannot escape anyone. While Western nations aggressively retire aging hydrocarbon assets, new coal-fired power plants entering operation in China have hit sustained multi-year highs. Beijing is adding tens of gigawatts a year to shore up baseload reliability and energy security, even as its renewable energy rollout breaks all records. China remains on track to permit and build the equivalent of two new coal power plants every week. By contrast, mid-sized developed nations maintain a fraction of that footprint. Australia, for instance, operates just 18 major coal-fired power stations. Yet all these Western economies are in retreat - all grappling with soaring energy costs while their heavy industries face systemic paralysis. Globally, the picture is one of stark geographic divergence. Worldwide operational coal capacity sits above 2,000 GW, with China, India and the United States accounting for roughly 75% of the total.

Every heart transplant comes from a person who was still biologically alive at the time it was removed: 👉 “Brain dead” people are deeply comatose, not dead 👉 DCD donors are harvested during a timeframe when resuscitation is still possible 👉 NRP donors have their brain blood flow clamped off — to make them brain dead on purpose — before doctors restart their hearts in their own chests prior to cutting them out and putting them into someone else And if these facts weren’t chilling enough, A Midwestern Doctor discusses the disturbing reality of how preferences, skills, and even memories are often transferred along with a donor heart:
Heart transplants save lives. But for decades, doctors have also documented something stranger: recipients whose personalities, food cravings and even skills changed to match donors they knew nothing about. Dr. Paul Pearsall documented 73 of these cases. The most extraordinary case was an 8-year-old girl who received a murdered child's heart and then gave police details that led to the killer's conviction. About 10% of heart recipients report emotions they believe came from their donor. Here I go through what these recipients reveal about where memory and personality actually live: midwesterndoctor.com/p/the-u…

Dummerweise brauchte unsere Industrienation in diesem Moment 61,2 Gigawatt.

A 2023 analysis presented by Steve Kirsch to the Pennsylvania State Senate looked at nearly 400,000 Amish people in the U.S. who are 100% unvaccinated. In their children, chronic conditions such as cancer, diabetes, and autism are essentially non-existent. The Amish also did not follow COVID mandates and lockdowns, yet recorded roughly 90 times higher survival during that time. Instead of being recognized as a control group to gauge whether health interventions are working, they are being conveniently ignored.

New study: The common practice of attributing the post-1750 rise in atmospheric CO2 entirely to fossil-fuel combustion is mathematically inconsistent with available isotopic data. Using Keeling plot analysis on instrumental records and historical reconstructions, the study finds a stable carbon isotope intercept (𝛿13C𝐼) dating back to 1500 AD despite a 10,000-fold increase in human emissions. Human activity thus cannot be the main cause of atmospheric CO2 changes. “Fossil carbon is a negligible component of the net atmospheric CO2 addition.” The authors' conclusion is derived from IPCC-endorsed data and rest on mathematical certainties. Thus, critics cannot dismiss it without explicitly rejecting foundational principles of arithmetic and mass conservation, standard isotopic values, or the primary measurement datasets themselves. scienceofclimatechange.org/w…
