I had a great time with Herbert Blomstedt last week, hearing his his thoughts about life, leadership and music. Such a great artist!

Our dear LEAD! mentor Franz Bartolomey passed away. The inspiration he gave to all of us was immensely valuable and we miss him greatly.
Rest in peace, dear Franz! @LEAD_Finland
Focus on Sibelius this December! Here’s a bit of his beautiful “Lemminkäinen-Suite“ with the hr-Sinfonieorchester in anticipation of his early symphonies which I’ll perform with the @HelsinkiPhil this month!
