Jude (Adima) Odele

This afternoon I was privileged to host the leadership and staff of @mofpedU at a farewell luncheon organized by @mofpedU to honor the outgoing and incoming Minister and Ministers of State for Finance, Planning and Economic Development at the Kampala Serena Hotel. I thanked @MatiaK5 for successfully concluding his tour of duty diligently at @mofpedU and offering a conducive environment for both the political & technical team to perform their duties. I also thanked former Ministers of State for Investment & Privatization, @Anite__Evelyn and @HonKyeyune (Microfinance) now Acting Foreign Affairs Minister for the team work exhibited and cordial working relationship while at the Ministry. I also thanked the current Ministers of State @AmosLugoloobi (Planning), @AminahMukalazi ( Privatization & Investment) and @HonCissyMulondo (General Duties) as well as the technical team led by the Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Treasury (PSST) Dr. @rggoobi for the support. I pledged to maintain the legacy of Kasaija, adding that he has learnt a lot from him and will serve with integrity to meet the expectations of Ugandans and the appointing authority H.E the President. The luncheon was also attended by Heads of Government Institutions affiliated to the Finance Ministry including Bank of Uganda, National Planning Authority, Uganda Bureau of Statistics,Private Sector Foundation Uganda and Government Banks among others.
