If your partner is neurodivergent and she spends her whole day off on the couch, then cries at 9pm about wasting it, learn the words ADHD paralysis. She had 12 things she wanted to do. Her brain couldn't pick the first one, so it picked none. You think she's lazy. Don't ask "What do you want to get done today?" At 10am, hold out her shoes. "We're walking to get coffee." Once she's moving, she'll pick the next thing herself. All she ever needed was someone to take the first step with her.
