If you listen to a complete retardo like @Jason then you are in fact the sucker at the table

Jeremy Moss caught on a hot mic: "The entire purpose of my campaign is to make sure America continues to support Israel. I don't think it's wrong for Jews in America to want to put Israel First. America is not our homeland."

That's cute. Anyway, British made weapons have been used in Sudan, Yemen and Palestine. Burnham's committment to "re-industrialise" the north with "defence" is a commitment to worldwide slaughter. Greggs is good though

Imagine marrying in Betting shops with dodgy businesses. Disgraceful thing for any politician to say let alone the PM.
I consider myself a centrist. I swing vote. You’ve just swung me to the other side at the next election
Vape shops. Betting shops. Dodgy businesses.
If you look at your high street these days and think ‘who asked for this?’, you’re not alone.
I’m doing something about it. We’re giving local people and councils more control over what opens, and tougher powers to crack down on businesses that aren’t good for our communities.
For too long, Westminster has stood by while our high streets declined. That ends now.

The Murder rate was nearly 10x as high.
But who cares about facts.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The murder rate was not nearly 10x higher in the 1960s; in England and Wales it was around 0.6 per 100,000 population then vs. about 1.2 per 100,000 now. ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulati… murdermap.co.uk/statistics/hom…

$STRC
It's over.
$STRC is still having a hard time trying to reclaim its $100 peg target despite Saylor showing he's willing to dilute $MSTR to pay out the dividends.
The longer this trends lower, the higher the obligations Strategy has as it hikes yield rates to try and incentivize restoring the peg.
It also dissolves what was the primary cash vehicle for Strategy to purchase more Bitcoin.

"Would you like me to give you a tour of your own country which you live in and I haven't been to for years? I know all about it from Twitter, nobody ever lies there."
The Economist: You have close to 250 million followers on X. You say things like "civil war in Britain is inevitable. Just a question of when"
Elon Musk: On the current trend, yes.
The Economist: When were you last in the UK?
Musk: A few years ago
The Economist: Exactly. I live there. That is nonsense. The numbers also disprove what you say. London is a much safer city than any city in the US. You have painted Europe and the UK as overrun with terrifying Muslim immigrants, there's rape on every corner, there's civilizational destruction.
Musk: I didn't say any of those things.

Musk has now called the editor-in-chief of The Economist a "traitor to the West" because she refused to be lectured about her own country by a foreigner trillionaire with no clue about it.
Musk's lunatic views on Britain btw:

There we go.
What happened to the "death spiral" of STRC and the "imminent collapse" of Strategy?
Are they still going to "liquidate" Saylor (with his 11% leverage ratio)?
You can mute anyone who said this stuff over the last week.
You're welcome.

Mstr this. Mstr that.
It’s bitcoin bro.
Bitcoin is down.
Nothing to do with mstr
BMNR is down too.
Metaplanet etc.
It has nothing to do with dividends.
Go outside. Touch some grass.

Before Luna/UST broke, there was ~$18.7B of UST circulating, backed by only ~$3.1B of BTC, and UST was instantly redeemable.
Today, Strategy holds ~$51.5B of BTC with ~$10.5B of STRC outstanding, and STRC is not instantly redeemable.
These are obviously completely different.

oh no the shares of my leveraged bitcoin acquisition vehicle are down when $BTC is historically oversold
Lots of "I told you so" going around in regards to $MSTR.
1) The stock is still up 700% in 6 years.
2 The stock is still outperforming BTC since they put it on the balance sheet.
3) The price is down because Bitcoin is down and in a bear market.
Let's keep it sensible now.

"$MSTR trades below its Bitcoin." Cool. Do the math.
Buy the whole company: $37.3B.
Sell BTC to clear the debt and preferreds: ~$22B.
What's left: ~$31B in raw Bitcoin.
You just paid $37B for $31B of net BTC. That's a 20% premium.
Gross mNAV says "discount." The equity's claim says "premium."
The leverage sits right in front of you, but most can't see it.
Issuing stock here to buy Bitcoin isn't dilutive. It's accretive.
That's the entire machine.
The panicans can't read a balance sheet.
When Bitcoin doubles, none of this noise matters.
You either understand the thesis or you don't.
Everything else is just execution.
