Some people will miss this. They'll assume it’s just another conference. They will tell themselves they are too busy & they can catch the recap later. They are wrong. At Align, Cynt Marshall, President & CEO of Marshalling Resources and former CEO of the Dallas Mavericks, is stepping on stage as the KEYNOTE. The same leader brought in to rebuild culture inside an NBA organization, under a microscope, with zero margin for error. That level of leadership doesn’t show up in club volleyball. This isn’t motivation or surface-level leadership talk. This is what it looks like when the stakes are real and the expectations are higher. And you will either be in the room or be hearing about it from someone who was. If you are responsible for people, culture, and growth, this is the conference you can’t miss. Because moments like this don’t come back around. Align Volleyball Summit The W in Dallas, TX May 12–13, 2026 Register now before it's too late! Limited space available: jvavolleyball.org/education/…
