Dear friends, neighbors, and kind strangers, My name is John. I am a U.S. Army veteran who served in the early 1970s, a widower, and someone who has spent my entire life believing in hard work and helping others. Today, I find myself in a position I never expected: I need to ask for your help. I am trying to raise $8,500 to urgently replace my roof before the upcoming winter weather causes irreversible damage to the interior of my home. gofund.me/8c6924b4c

Austin is paying racial-equity consultants to lecture its cops about racism -- about $3.56 million to date -- and to stop rejecting cadets with bad credit and evictions, and to fast-track black officers into command. One APD commander was thrown out after he refused to agree to her workshop's premises about systemic racism. She calls the workshop a "revolutionary exploration into how systems of racism work." APD cadets take this critical race theory course in their first two weeks at the academy. She told APD to: - Create a short-term career ladder to put more black Americans in leadership positions - Rethink hiring disqualifiers like bad credit and evictions through a racial-equity lens - Expand her training department-wide The city has been cutting her checks as recently as February of this year. APD has about 300 vacant officer positions.

Has anyone gotten a laugh at the "corruption" ads being run against Ken Paxton During the Texas Senate race, Democratic challenger James Talarico released a viral campaign ad centered on an anecdote from Paxton's college days. The "Pen Theft" Campaign Ad The Story: The ad features a former college classmate, Joe Joplin, who recounts an incident where Ken Paxton allegedly stole his pen during a test and never returned it. The Tagline: The commercial concludes with the punchline: "Vote for James Talarico. He won’t steal your pen." The Reaction: Commentators and viewers widely described it as one of the most effective and humorous political ads of the election season. The Talarico campaign even capitalized on the laugh by selling merchandise—specifically, $6 pens labeled "Not Ken Paxton's"—on their website. The reality was that Joe Joplin was NOT a college classmate, but a supporter of James Talarico. Joe Joplin is a real-life Texas attorney whose personal encounter with Ken Paxton became a permanent piece of Texas political lore. Rather than a college classmate, Joplin is a Collin County-based lawyer who famously accused Paxton of walking off with his expensive pen. The "Pen Incident" Explained The background details behind Joplin's involvement include: The Incident: In August 2012, Joplin was at the Collin County Courthouse for a probate hearing and mistakenly left his $1,000 silver Montblanc pen—a special Christmas gift from his wife—in a plastic tray by the security metal detectors. The Footage: After realizing it was missing, Joplin requested a review of the courthouse surveillance footage. The video captured Paxton (who was a Texas state legislator at the time) stopping by the tray, picking up the pen, and placing it into his briefcase. The Return: The Collin County Sheriff’s Office intervened and contacted Paxton, who subsequently returned the pen. Paxton’s team called it an accidental "security mix-up" and a returned shuffling error, while Joplin publicly called that explanation "laughable". Joplin chose not to press charges. Joplin's Role in the 2026 Election Though the incident occurred over a decade ago, it resurfaced heavily in August 2026 during the Texas U.S. Senate race. Democrat James Talarico tracked down Joplin, who filmed an official campaign commercial holding the infamous Montblanc pen and directly endorsing Talarico. The ad uses Joplin's story as a lighthearted, symbolic entry point to attack Paxton's broader character, culminating in the punchline: "Vote for James Talarico. He won't steal your pen. Appears to be a "slanted" version of an "almost" truth about Joe Joplin.

Just had to look into the stoppage ordered by a federal judge for the East Potomac Park and golf course changes. It really does have all the elements of a classic political satire or a comedy of errors. When you step back and look at the absurd contradictions, the whole situation plays out like a sitcom plot: • The Sinking Reality: You have a massive legal and political war being fought over a piece of land that is actively sinking into the river and constantly flooding. Both sides are fighting for ownership of a mud flat that requires hundreds of millions of dollars just to keep it from washing away. • The "Secret" Chainsaws: The administration sent a crew out over a holiday weekend to aggressively cut down over 400 historic trees, while their own Department of Justice lawyers were simultaneously standing in a federal courtroom telling a judge, "We have no immediate plans to change the landscape, Your Honor." • The Traffic Paradox: You have hundreds of people burning gasoline and idling in bumper-to-bumper traffic on a narrow peninsula, desperately trying to find one of a few hundred parking spots, all so they can get out of their cars and walk in a circle. • The White House Dirt: As a bizarre plot twist, the administration used the historic public park as a literal dumping ground for 30,000 cubic yards of dirt excavated from the White House East Wing renovation, making a public golf course the official repository for executive mud. What do you think should happen to this comedy of errors?

Herbert Leon Kimble — one of the first subjects captured from the FBI’s new Most Wanted Fraudsters list, and one of SIX captured in four months — has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison and ordered to pay over $199 million in restitution and forfeit over $195 million in ill-gotten gains. Kimble orchestrated a $1.2 BILLION healthcare fraud conspiracy that targeted the Medicare system — particularly elderly victims — from 2014 to 2019. A historic day in the war on fraud in America and a message to anyone who steals from taxpayers: You WILL face justice. Proud of this FBI for bringing this subject back to the U.S. through a Foreign Transfer of Custody (FTOC) operation. Thank you to @TheJusticeDept and @WHFraudTF, under the leadership of @POTUS and @VP. -DKP🇺🇸
In total, Kimble caused over $365 million in fraudulent claims to Medicare, of which Medicare reimbursed over $199 million. @FBIColumbia, @OIGatHHS and IRS Criminal Investigation investigated this @DOJFraudDiv case. 🔗 justice.gov/usao-sc/pr/fugit…

WATCH: A children's softball game in Texas erupts into an all-out brawl between parents, leaving one father with a fractured skull, broken jaw and three brain bleeds. The chaos unfolded after an argument over cheering at a game for 12-year-old girls. Police say one father struck another in the face with a metal water bottle, knocking him unconscious. A grandfather who tried to break up the fight suffered a broken hip. Now, a husband and wife face assault charges, and the woman has resigned from her job as a school assistant principal. HOLY CR*P 🚨 Santa Ana California Councilmember Thai Viet Phan admits that ONE THIRD OF THE ENTIRE CITY IS ILLEGAL She says she wants the 1/3 of the city that’s undocumented immigrants to be able to vote and is proposing legislation “Nearly one in three adults in Santa Ana cannot vote — the reality is that a large number of our residents are undocumented, are paying taxes, do work in our communities — People don't feel represented by their government locally and federally. It's clear, or one of the reasons is because they're not allowed to vote — I think that is the most American thing to do, is to say that everybody who lives here, who cares about this community, has a voice. And by allowing noncitizen residents — to be able to participate in our government makes our city safer, makes our city more vibrant, and makes our communities stronger” They don’t have a voice BECAUSE THEY AREN’T SUPPOSED TO BE HERE Notice she specially said undocumented. Meaning they are not just noncitizens, they are people without status. They do not have a green card, they are not here on a Visa. Undocumented means ILLEGAL A council member literally just admitted 1/3 of her city is ILLEGAL Luckily the legislation to allow the noncitizens to vote was rejected by residents Deport them all. We need ICE in Santa Ana, California

🚨 ATTENTION FLORIDA 🚨 Muslims are making moves to take over our state. Last night at the Pinellas County, Florida, County Commission meeting, a Muslim woman dressed in full Islamic garb and burka blasted the call to prayer at the microphone and forced the entire meeting to listen to it. When her time was up, she refused to leave the podium, and had to be forcibly removed by the police. This is happening in FLORIDA! Muslims are a public safety threat and this Sharia Supremacy needs to be outlawed in Florida, and in every other state for that matter. This is a form of Islamic intimidation. Shut these jihadi freaks down!!!! @AGJamesUthmeier

🚨 BREAKING: A federal judge just disqualified Bill Essayli as First Assistant U.S. Attorney in California. Read that again. Trump's top prosecutor in Los Angeles. The man going after rioters who attacked ICE and the criminals California refuses to touch. Sidelined by a judge. It doesn't take effect right away, and the DOJ gets time to appeal. They should. Immediately. Voters elected Trump to enforce the law. Judges keep standing in the way. Let him do his job. 🇺🇸

LEGAL LAWFARE- James O’ Keefe and Cam Higby are being selectively prosecuted by Mary Moriarty, the same progressive Minnesota DA, who allows criminals to walk free everyday. They're facing TWO felony counts (up to 10 years in jail) for exposing how EASILY Minnesota’s voter vouching program can be defrauded. James and Cam are being charged with "identity theft" and “unlawful voting”, despite neither of them submitting a ballot, or anyone asking them for any formal identification that day. No illegal activity was committed by either party and no voter was disenfranchised or defrauded. This is simply the state of Minnesota abusing their power after being (once again) exposed by independent journalists. REMINDER: Minnesota has a long history of voter fraud with the DOJ recently indicting 10 ILLEGALS for voting in Minnesota elections. Also, back in 2024 a SOMALI was recommended for felony election law charges by a local sheriff for “multi-county voter irregularities” but guess what, the local DA DECLINED TO PROSECUTE. The judicial system in the entire state of Minnesota is rigged against the people trying to expose election fraud and the only time you’ll see a Minnesota DA prosecute is if someone is trying to EXPOSE the fraud in the state.

Congresswoman Priya Jayapal has been relieved of her spot on the House Ways and Means Committee after Speaker Mike Johnson's office announced that she has been using the committee to illegally lobby funds for Democrats. "Representative Jayapal regularly moves to shift taxpayer money from the private sector to companies owned by Democrats engaging in socialist practices," read a statement from Johnson. "Her continued presence on the committee is an affront to the people who elected her." Jayapal says she'll appeal the decision. What's your response to this......??👀 MAKE THIS GO VIRAL ON X. Dear Florida: Did you know the daughter of a former U.S. Muslim Brotherhood leader is operating on your soil and collecting school voucher dollars for her Islamic schools? Magda Elkadi Saleh sits at the center of Tampa’s Islamic school network. She has founded and led institutions including the American Youth Academy (the rebranded continuation of the Islamic Academy of Florida), Universal Academy of Florida, and Bayaan Academy. These schools now participate in Florida’s school-choice voucher programs - routing public education dollars into the first stage of a parallel Islamic infrastructure. Her father, Ahmed Elkadi, was the national leader (Mas’ul) of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood from 1984 to 1994. He was instrumental in building the movement’s American infrastructure, co-founding the Muslim American Society, and holding leadership positions including President of the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), which holds title to hundreds of mosques and Islamic properties nationwide as waqf. Her maternal grandfather, Mahmoud Abu-Saud, worked closely with Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna in Egypt and later settled in Florida. Saleh has also served in leadership roles with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and works with CAIR-Florida - the same organization Governor DeSantis designated (along with the Brotherhood) under state law citing Holy Land Foundation records. While Florida has labeled the Brotherhood and CAIR as terrorist-linked entities, her network continues to expand with public legitimacy and public dollars: schools shaping the next generation, professional associations building internal referral systems, and a documented institutional footprint in Tampa. This is not a secret, I went to Congress and exposed this - but it seems no one in your state cares!? Tampa local leaders even honored her! You can not make this up! This is the multigenerational Brotherhood-linked infrastructure operating in plain sight in a red state, funded in part by Florida taxpayers. Residents in Pinellas already showed up against a single mosque expansion. The question is when Florida will investigate the operator whose family built the larger system. SEE HERE: rairfoundation.com/florida-a…
ISLAMIZATION OF FLORIDA - YES, THIS VIDEO IS REAL! One resident walked into the Pinellas County hearing in a burqa and started blasting the adhan. All hell broke out. Staff cut her off, told her the meeting was for public comment, not a recording, and escorted her out. While residents lined up to question a shadowy mosque expansion, the county paperwork never called it a mosque; one person used her three minutes to play the supremacist adhan - showing Floridians a glimpse of their future. Residents are fighting back. The Federal government continues to remain silent!

🚨 BREAKING: Justice Sam Alito and the U.S. Supreme Court just REJECTED a left-wing emergency bid to revive a 2024 Biden regulation that let immigration judges indefinitely delay deportation cases — with ZERO noted dissents BIG WIN! 🇺🇸 In June, Texas AG Ken Paxton and the Trump DOJ teamed up to vacate the Biden "administrative closure" rule nationwide and block the government from adopting a similar loophole down the line And it worked. Democrat-run cities rushed to SCOTUS to save the rule, literally arguing in court that deporting illegal aliens would cost them "taxpayers" 🤡 Immigration judges MUST actually decide deportation cases instead of delaying forever!

Monterey County Told ICE to Leave Its Own Jail Federal agents showed up at the Monterey County Jail in Salinas for a targeted operation. County officials told them to leave. When the agents refused, the sheriff locked the whole jail down instead of cooperating. According to KSBW, the agents were stationed behind the jail on Tuesday. An agent on camera called it a targeted operation involving people at the jail. A small crowd of Loudmouth Lupes showed up to yell at the agents to leave, and some of them were shouting profanities. The agents held their ground. The sheriff's response was to suspend new bookings, stop inmate releases and close public visitation. The sheriff says the office was not notified and cited SB 54, California's sanctuary law, which limits how much local law enforcement can work with ICE. In September, Monterey County supervisors adopted a policy that bars ICE from using county property as a staging area. It has exceptions for judicial warrants and criminal enforcement. So a county would rather shut down its own jail than let federal immigration agents do their jobs on its grounds. Who does that protect? Should counties that lock down jails to block ICE lose their federal funding?

Stunning admission by California during yesterday’s Ninth Circuit hearing. California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election. Judge: You agree that if a non-citizen votes and we don’t stop it now, that vote will be counted, correct? California: That’s absolutely correct.
